I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The last two times I visited, the establishment was noticeably dirty. There was food on the floors, my husband’s plate had leftover food on it, and the table directly across from us was filthy. To make matters worse, there was an overflowing trash can right behind us.

I will definitely not be coming back. Do better, Kobe’s!

Great prompt hibachi meal. The chef was a very attentive to our needs. He put on a show and continuously interacted with the guests at the table. Everything was a prepared freshly. He took his time with our meal to make sure he got everything right. He plays a games and put on a show very well. The waitress Make sure she checked on our table regularly. We had plenty of food left over to take with us. The atmosphere was not busy at all It was actually a very calm setting. We were there during lunch hour on a Sunday, and beat the rush before it started. We were there a total of 2 hours at most.

I ordered the chicken hibachi for takeout which was a little over $30. The young lady who attended to me was nice and pleasant. However, when I arrived home to enjoy my meal, the food was absolutely disgusting! Extremely salty and tasted very strange. The WORST hibachi I have ever had. Whoever prepared my order was careless and negligent. I love Kobe’s but this was my first time at this particular location. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I will not patronize this location again. Please do better.

I chose Kobe's for my son's inaugural hibachi experience, and it was an absolute delight! He was thrilled to watch our chef prepare our meal right before our eyes, and his excitement was palpable. While we waited for the rest of our meal to be prepared, he eagerly devoured the rice and enthusiastically engaged with the other families at our table, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The experience was truly exceptional, and the food was outstanding - a perfect 10/10! Please note that this high-quality hibachi experience comes at a higher price point, but it's well worth the investment.

As a treat, I decided to go to ah familiar place... Kobe. We were seated immediately in a lightly lite room with another family. This made me happy as it was a perfect fit for my family and I. 𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗜 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. For comfort and security. We waited for a little before the Waitress came to take orders and drinks. This process was simple and quick. 𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘭 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯/𝘶𝘱𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨. The waitress seemed annoyed at my change request, which made me uncomfortable. From there I found myself working hard to keep my side of the table clean, waitress was barely around to assist. Then I had to track down the waitress for ah refill, which she seemed annoyed because I interrupted her conversation with ah fellow waitress.

Food, fun, fire 🔥 and flare☄!!!!
We were seated quickly, our server was prompt and polite. Oufood was delicious! 😋
Our chef was good but not too "animated". It seemed like he was a little tired of the performance, but that was ok, just different than what we saw and heard from the other chefs.
All in all - a great experience!

A sidenote/con : Our group didn't like how they tried to double tap the tip by automatically adding 18% to the bill and then giving you a receipt with another empty Tip line.

It was just OK… I would say the food was 4/10. Service was fast and helpful 9/10. Atmosphere might as well have been any restaurant 2/10. Its not a bad place to eat it just isn’t anything special
