2/24/2024 I went into the West Palm Beach store to purchase a Kobalt 24-volt 4-Amp 6-1/2-in Brushless Cordless Circular Saw Kit (Battery & Charger Included). The price was listed at $79. The product rang up at $250. I went back to the department verify the price, I snapped a pic of the flyer and showed it to customer service. The assistant manager went to verify the price. He removed the flyer and returned to tell me that "the computer printed the wrong price". He said that he could not sell me the product for $79 - but as a curtesy, he would sell it for $150. I protested, he doubled down, and said that there is "absolutely no way he will be honoring the sale price." I left the store without the product.

Absolutely horrible and rather confusing experience at this location today. My mother purchased two bi fold doors from this location that advertised that the tracks were included. When we opened the packaging, the track was NOT included. Errors like this unfortunately can happen in warehouses and etc. so we get it. We went to Lowe’s and wanted to exchange these doors for exactly the same doors since clearly the track was missing. When we arrived, we explained this to Shaneka (forgive me if I misspelled it) at customer service. She allowed us to get the other two doors. When we returned to the counter to do the exchange, there was another employee named Tancy (or something similar) who immediately met us with skepticism and insinuated that we took the tracks out. Why would we be exchanging if we took the track out? WE DIDN'T EVEN WANT A RETURN!! We even asked her to look at the receipt and she refused!! Tancy then proceeded to tell me that she just unloaded these doors out yesterday so there is no way that the track could be missing! Oh but boy was she wrong!! After the exchange, I went back to see if any of the other doors that she layed down had a missing track and sure enough, I did find one AND IT WAS FULLY SEALED AND PACKAGED. I’ll even include the photo and circle where the track is present on one door and clearly not on the other. Notice how the top one in the stack in back is also missing a track… I even have a video of these doors (that were put out on the floor by Tancy) in case this store wants to accuse us of falsifying that too. I thendecided to tell both employees that I found a door in their store that was packaged and sealed and had the missing track and that is when they both just dismissed us and waved their hand in our faces. Both Shaneka and Tancy should be reprimanded for their absolutely disgusting attitude toward me and my mother. No apology or anything for their clear error. Instead, these two employees decided to wave their hands in our face dismissing us. Maybe Tancy should of checked the product she was placing on the floor? Just a suggestion before accusing customers of something that clearly was an error on YOUR store’s part. I’m taking this to corporate.

Ps: both of these employees also refused to even process the exchange and literally just allowed us to swap the doors and said we were good to go which I am almost positive is not policy and most certainly should have been processed for inventory purposes since I assume the returned doors will be damaged out - from a former store manager herself.

Also, when we told both the employees about the door in the photos below, there were maybe one or two other employees who were witness to this interaction and should of told them to perhaps apologize or say thank you for catching this?

I hope to god this store implements some sort training because clearly these two need it. Lol why would we be exchanging otherwise and NOT returning? I just don't get why nor how someone would even lie about a missing track in a product they literally intended to buy (hence the exchange)? Very confused. So unprofessional. Common sense people.

I was there on Monday June 10 2024. Jeremy supervisor at hardware department super help me identified my handle nut to turn on. He did spend a lot of time to solve the problem for me. He was very patient and very polite. I end up buy a lot of things at Lowe. Love this store. If you live here you need to check out this store. Very organized and well maintained and keep up there supply. Hey a lot of stuff on sale.

I went to buy a knee pad. Prices are different. I asked for help p e fellow was talking and laughing with someone. He said he didn't work at that area. He was close tome. I dis ask second lady and she neither help, and them another person called to another that was really working stoking, in order to help. This final person was nice. That's way I prefer to go to home Depot

The older guy who is in the paint section of Lowe’s was one of the best things that ever happened to that store. He is kind, knows his what he’s talking about, helpful, and just overall great at what he does. I will always be returning hoping he is working. What a great person and genuinely a hard worker.

Called Friday evening spoke to Henry in door depth a super nice guy very experienced asked for a left hand door he says I have it and a 48 inch hardware kit no one 8n the door dept could help me no we don't have that door a handy man that was in the store had to help me I think you should let Henry train this people so they can help customers instead of making them walk away honestly you should train your staff

I had a horrible experience with a delivery driver from Onerail) that delivered my water heater from Lowe’s. The driver dropped by water heater, yelled at me because the water heater was too big for his car and he stated it’s my fault. I told him if he saw that the water heater was two big for his car why did he attempt to bring it, he had no explanation. He was extremely disrespectful. I tried calling your company to make a complaint, I was told I have to call one rail to make complaint, Even though I did not know that they were doing my delivery it was all set up through Lowe’s. Lowe’s please work on customer service support team and a better third party delivery system.
