We recently purchased a lift up hydraulic bed, mattresses and side tables from our this store. Would highly recommend the place - they had really great quality products that we were looking for.

I recently bought Wave Extension Dining Table and 4 Gardenia Dining Chairs. My shopping experience was amazing. The manager and all the staff in Coquitlam location are amazing and so helpful. Gina was super nice, friendly and helpful to us, sorry l didn’t catch names of the guys, but they were just amazing. I had trouble putting my chairs together and they told me to bring the chairs and put them together for me in no time! Highly recommend this store, this people and definitely will go back to get something else for sure.

I made a purchase of nearly $6,000 from Accents and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing.

At the time of purchase, I clearly informed the staff that I did not require delivery and that I would be picking up the items myself. Shortly thereafter, I received a message stating that all parts of my order had been thoroughly inspected, no damages were found, and that the store would not be held responsible for any damage occurring during transportation.

Concerned by this disclaimer, I contacted the store to request delivery, as I feared the possibility of damage during transport or pre-existing issues that might later be denied. However, my request was declined. I was told that all items had already been brought to the store and that I would need to bring assistance, as the store could not provide help with loading.

This response was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Even if I had opted for in-store pickup, I would have expected at least minimal assistance with loading the items into my vehicle. Due to the lack of support, I had to bring two additional people with me, and together we managed the loading ourselves.

Upon bringing the furniture home, I discovered that the chest I had purchased was damaged. Given the store’s previous warning that they would not accept responsibility for any damages, I did not report the issue, as I felt it would be dismissed.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store to others. I have retained all correspondence, including messages exchanged with the store manager, which clearly document the issues related to pickup, product damage, and lack of customer support.

We got our dining table and chairs from Accent Home and we are very satisfied with the quality and service. The delivery came on time (2 weeks) and they installed the table and chair. Ella helped so much at the showroom , guide us through all the products. And we found the one we were looking for after roaming around in multiple stores for one month. Price: very genuine as compared to other retailer in the market.

We tried to avoid writing this review, but our experience was so disappointing that we felt it was necessary to share. It all started when we purchased a $4,000 couch from this store. We picked up the pieces ourselves, and while the employee helped load the boxes into our vehicle, I asked him if we had everything. His response? “Oh no, you MIGHT be missing some boxes.” 🚩 This was shocking—why wouldn’t he inform us upfront that we might be leaving with incomplete parts?

Once we got home, we realized we were missing essential pieces to connect the couch, and to make matters worse, one of the parts we did receive was ripped! 🚩 We immediately contacted the store, and they promised replacements the next day, with the ripped part being replaced within seven days. A week later, the console arrived, but after THREE WEEKS, there was still no contact or follow-up about the ripped part. 🚩

When we called to check, they claimed they had no record of our issue. 🚩 Then they said the manager had assumed it was already resolved. 🚩 A week after that, they finally attempted to address the issue, but since they were out of inventory, they gave us a replacement from the floor model. 🚩🚩 As compensation, they offered us a $200 store credit—which we reluctantly accepted because we didn’t want to deal with them again, but we felt obligated to use it.

We returned to use the store credit to buy a dining table, but they only had mismatched chairs in stock. The same employee told us to buy the mismatched chairs and he assured us he’d call us the next day once matching chairs became available so we could pick up the right ones. It has now been two months, and we’re still waiting for that call. 🚩🚩

This place is a nightmare! Their customer service is abysmal, and all they care about is closing the sale. I place most of the blame on the manager, who clearly isn’t monitoring their team or ensuring proper service. 🚩 I strongly recommend that the owners look into this branch because it’s tarnishing their brand.

Until they improve their service and start respecting consumer rights, I urge you to avoid giving your money to this store.
