We had an amazing shopping experience at Ashley's Furniture in Burbank. Glen Meyers, our salesperson, and the store manager, Sabah, were both incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They were patient throughout the entire process, making this by far the best furniture shopping experience we've ever had. The store itself is massive, beautifully laid out, and offers a no-pressure shopping environment. If you're looking for quality furniture at great prices, we highly recommend Glen, Sabah, and the team at the Burbank location. Well done, Ashley's!

Bought a bed at Ashleys Burbank Ca. back on July everything was fine untill the delivery. The bed was damaged in several areas. Most damage is on one of the bolts thats holds it together. It has a 7 inch crack where its bolted. I called them to let them know larer as I was not home when it was delivered and assembled. It was not until I moved the whole bed that I noticed the crack. Upon speaking with customer service I reported it and asked if they would lower the price for the damages since it was a new bed. They said that instead they would replace it and take back the other one. I was even given a date I would receive it. I called 3 weeks later to check on status for delivery and they said there was no info for a replacement. I called customer service and the store but they've been extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been going at it with them since the delivery 3 months ago but since they had been paid for the bed right away they don't care. When you call to report stuff they wont answer phone. You will be l3ft on hold until you get tired of waiting and you hang up. But if you choose the option to buy something they will answer right away. Definately watch out for any purchases you want to make there.

Wow. If you’re shopping at Ashley’s in Burbank do yourself a favor and ask for Joseph. We could not be happier with his service. He is so informative and helpful. We now know this furniture store will price match for the same brand and model and refund you if at any time you find the furniture on sale less expensive before delivery date! How amazing! He will take care of you and treat you like family. Thankful for this wonderful experience.

Had such a amazing experience today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful sales rep anastasiia I was looking for a sectional she took her time showed me different options she did such a amazing and has great taste she helped me get a coffee table to match. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her with all my furniture needs and refer all my friends. If you visit Ashley furniture ask for her she will help you and has a wonderful personality

Anna was amazing. She welcomed us when we walked in. Asked us questions what we were looking for. We found a beautiful couch did financing and got a good deal. Had different color options. Explained all the perks. Would recommend again. Might come again and get a table next!
