2 yrs living in the this building as a resident and we love it. The staff is kind and listens to our concerns to find solutions all the time. The people are friendly and the location is prime as it’s near design district. I have to say it’s built well and many residents are doing upgrades making it more attractive. Everything is walking distance and my kids love it. People that live in this building have been here for years and love it also. It’s a quiet building and very family oriented . All in all we are happy and grateful to be here.

Building is beautiful. I was considering moving here until I came across the rude young man at the front desk. Immediately changed my mind. I didn’t know this was the ghetto. Please reevaluate your employees

This building its like an old saying I heard from my parents “All that glitters is not gold”. Looking nice doesn’t make it nice! I can talk about endless issues, focusing on basics: Their front desk people are beyond rude, let’s leave aside de customer service, in life there is basic manners to treat people. Seems like they failed this subject. unless, you feel like you are ready to retired in an nursing home, I do not recommend living here. Even watching TV, with the normal volume (I do not own a system) bothers the neighbor.

Front Desk: Saturday October 2, 1:30 pm. Unfortunately I do not have the name of this person.

But I can say that it is my rue with the weights that do food delivery.

A woman waiting for the man at the reception to open the door, turned to him distracted and I had to tell him that there was someone outside waiting for him to open it.
the delivery woman was able to enter because someone left (not because the man at the counter opened the door for her).
She had told him for the second time that he had to leave food on the 5th floor, and the rude man (from the counter) pointed out where he should leave the delivery ... very bad treatment with the woman

My question is, because these people represent us for what if we who live in these types of buildings (which are not cheap) treat people so badly (such as those who bring us our orders, in this case my food), what is it? the reason for treating so bad. After all, it is part of their job to represent us, I hope they take action with this person, he does not deserve to work more in this building

Just moved to the baltus house. Beautiful building, stunning view, perfect location. Walking distance to design district and midtown. 7 minutes driving to Miami Beach.
