I like going to Big lots but this one doesn't seem to organize and put stuff in the right spots after a day of customers coming through. I know it's a task, but if you're paid to work there then it shouldn't be difficult to go through at night and hang the curtains in the right spots so that when the new customers come in to buy some we can find the ones available. Other than that you'd one is cool and the staff seem very friendly.

I found the most amazing bargains and the checkout cashier ask me if I had a Big Lots rewards account and I said no and I noticed several signs inside saying if you had one of those if you spent $60 you would immediately get $15 off plus like 20% discount besides. I hadn't been to a Big Lots in years and I was so glad I went there for the few things that I was looking for. I'm going back tomorrow because until August 4th if you use your card and spend $60 again you can get $15 off every time you go in there using that rewards card plus the discounts besides.

This big lots wasn’t what I was expecting. The ones back home have ALOT more stuff. The store didn’t carry what I was looking for, which is not their fault. It’s just a smaller store with a lot less products than I’m used to.

Good store. Decent pricing as well, but unfortunately it has limited options. The good thing is they sent me discount offers; like 10% additional off in the total bill, 5$ off in every 3 visits, etc

I love big lots. It is one of the most nicest stores I have been too. I have been going to this store since a kid. And everything there is better and better every year. There furniture is very nice, and they offer different merchandise. It's just a nice atmosphere as well, highly recommend.

I am beyond frustrated. I bought a couch from here in November. It was a good price and the salesperson was very helpful and nice. I was so excited. She told me that my couch should be in in 1-2 weeks, 4-6weeks tops, when I bought it. Totally fine. After the first month I was a little nervous but not too upset because she had said “worst case scenario” it would take 4 weeks. It got to 6 weeks, which she said it shouldn’t take that long, I called for the first time. Just so happened to be the salesperson who sold me the couch. She said she remembered me and wasn’t sure why they hadn’t gotten any of those couches in but I should definitely get it by that Friday or the next. Nothing. I call again once it’s been two months. I’m sent back to furniture 6 times before anyone picks up. I’m told a truck is coming in the next day and it looks like my couch is on the truck but either way I will get a call, to be told if my couch comes or doesn’t. I’m also told that if it doesn’t come, I’ll be able to do a return over the phone. Next day comes. Nothing. I call again. Nothing. No couch. I ask to do a return and they say they can’t do that over the phone.
All I wanted was a couch.
