Fantastic customer service. I bought some blinds that were on sale and because my house was under renovations for longer than the 30 day return period, I didn't realize they were the wrong size until the 30 days had passed. I went into the St Kitts location, ready to beg and plead for an exchange and they were so kind about it. It's a regularly stocked/non-seasonal item and they were happy to let me do the exchange. The staff were very kind, they even assisted carrying things to and from my car. Thanks for being reasonable and offering amazing customer service.

Curtain heaven! If you need curtains they have plenty and reasonably priced. They also have towels, and other home decor. It’s literally a one stop shop and if your a CAA member you get an extra 5 percent off. I never came in one until today and I was pretty impressed. We came for curtains but walked out with other home items too.

Two stars is probably a bit generous. The products are nice, but I was so taken aback by how uninviting the staff are. 2nd attempt visiting this location and both times I have not even received so much as a grin. No customer service was provided at any point. In fact all employees kept their heads down to avoid any communication with any of the customers in the store. They all scurry around front to back to seem so busy that you as a customer actually feel like you’re inconveniencing them by being in their way. Even on our way out two girls up front both wouldn’t even lift their head to say have a nice day. Completely ignored. It’s too small of a store for this behaviour, and truthfully the prices are too high not to have anyone in there with any kind of sales behaviours or experience. Shame.

Returned a dining chair and Tracey gave us a new chair and even put it together for us.
She was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely happy.
All the staff at this store are pleasant and make you feel that you are important to them.
There are many stores that could take lessons from Bouclair.
I will definitely be returning for other items.
