I came here looking for a recliner chair for my mom and I was very impressed by how helpful the staff were and the place had beautiful furniture. My nephew recently bought a whole household's worth of furniture from them and it looks great. I would recommend them!

So last year we bought a brand new GE washer and dryer set, over $3000, should've been a happy day...should've been doing laundry like nobody's business...NOT MY EXPERIENCE. Less than a month I have their repair guy in my basement...a washer with a broken strut and a dryer with so many problems I don't know where to begin. Rather than do the right thing and give us a replacement set they fixed ours. But it doesn't stop there. The dryer was "fixed" a half dozen more times after that, with the same problems over and over. Again, one would think that Bridge would do the right thing and replace the set...still no. I mean it's not like the Bridge family doesn't have enough money, right! Now, almost a year after we bought our lemons, the dryer has broke down again...no heat! And here I sit after 1.5 days after contacting Bridge, and my dryer still is not fixed and I haven't seen the repair guy. Now normally I just accept that I've been taken advantage of when it comes to retail, but Bridge has been around for enough years and they are are established well enough that when situations like this come up, they should be able to do the RIGHT THING....regardless. I WILL NEVER purchase another household item from this business...in fact I would travel somewhere else and fork out the extra travel money to get what I need from somewhere else. At least when I get screwed over it won't be by a family owned establishment in MY OWN COMMUNITY that should know better!!!

This is s crooked shop , over 44% mark up from cost. Charges 158$/per delivery and pays NONE of it to the delivery team who's capped at 20$/hr with NO scheduled breaks !. They load broken furniture with simple glue jobs and do not tell the customer . All of which I experienced 1st hand before being asked to sign a crooked contract that would start my probationary period almost 3 months after I started my employment . Hire a moving company to deliver your overpriced goods . They're cheaper for 2 men and a 5 ton for entire hour . And they will actually pay the laborers respectfully .

The delivery was a challenge getting the furniture in in our house. Delivery guys were patient, polite, hard working, and didn’t give up. They were wore masks and gloves. We bought the furniture just as the Covid crisis exploded. The store was very patient with us and did a great job of accommodating us through this. Sales people were helpful and let us shop at our pace. Furniture is good quality, comfortable, and just what we wanted. Pricing was good. Really good store that focuses on taking care of the customer.

I called today asking where I could order a part for my cooktop that I had purchased from them in 2007. They looked up my purchase found the model and serial number and they contacted their supplier. They called me back within a few minutes and gave me the name of the distribution centre that handles the parts. Very fast and pleasant experience excellent service.

My partner and I furnished the entirety of our condo through Bridge Interiors. The selection of quality, Canadian-made furniture is impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. We were especially pleased with Sheri's friendly and helpful customer service! Despite a very busy black Friday sale, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and even stayed after hours to help us finish all the paperwork. Always a pleasurable experience when shopping at Bridge Interiors. The sales staff are friendly informative and not aggressive. They carry a tremendous selection and well displayed merchandise you would expect. Feels good to shop local!
