A lot of the staff and not very helpful, and some don't even know where anything is.

Last time I went there I was greeted at the door with a "Hello" and that was it, no one offer to help me find anything even after 5-10min of being in the store.

The place has really gone down since their last general manager Wade left the store.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. There was a line up at the till, that employee was doing g the best that she could. I oberserved 2 other employees not far from the till have a conversation about making bread. A gentleman ask for help instead of showing him where he need to go they told him to go to the end of isle 18 and then they continued they conversation about bread. How can you shop local with service like this. Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the paint counter multiple times with the same woman. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come in from smoking her cigarette after another employee went to tell her she had a customer. She was then rude to me, acting as if asking her to mix paint was a horrible inconvenience to her. She refused to make me a sample pot of paint. Another time she mixed a colour from one of the paint chips then when I returned to get another gallon of the same colour, she mixed it incorrectly so they did not match and then refused to compensate me for her mistake. Absolute nightmare to deal with, drive to Dawson Creek instead.

A lot of things I needed were not there or couldn't find in store. Friendly staff courteous and always helping. Clean store love the set up. Wish they had a bit more stock.

Great store, a little smaller than some of the locations I have been in, but they have really made good use of the space they have. If you’re looking for something they don’t have on the shelf, just ask! The staff are very quick to find it for you and order it in. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful every time I have been in.

I have just purchased today a garden fountain at your store in Chetwyind for $75. The thing is the most horrible piece of plastic I have come across in many years of shopping. It would shame Dollarama to sell it for $1.25.

I used to be a regular client of your store but I consider it a true mockery from you to sell me this kind of garbage, so that I have to have the bad time of trying to set it up and after seeing that it is totally useless and impossible to put together because of the extremely bad quality of its pieces, have to come back all the way from Hudson's Hope to your store to return it.

I truly believed you were a brand that cared for its customers and aimed at offering a modicum of acceptable quality. This purchase proves me wrong. I feel very frustrated and deceived. Not only have you lost a customer (although I don't believe you care much for them), but also I plan to post this experience in every website I find where your brand name is mentioned, with pictures of the 'fountain', because I believe people should know what to expect from you.

As soon as I have the occasion I will be at your store and I expect to return this 'item' and be refunded without a problem, because otherwise I will get BBB involved. I am really outraged because I paid the outrageous amount of $75 for this thing that would not reach up to a value of 25 cents for the bad plastic and the bad quality pump and pieces. Very, very bad experience. I will not shop there again.

Home Hardware sells quality that does not even reach the Dollar Store's standards, but at one hundred times higher price. I can send pictures of the item and its unbelievably shabby parts to whoever is interested, so that you can check by yourselves.

They try real hard to accommodate you even if what you're looking for isn't there, they are Canadian, the prices are fair. Sometimes as with all people at times certain people may seem rushed or they might need some more training but I'm glad they are here in our town.

Not able to rate this store since all I experience is frustration and disbelieve that this store still opens thier doors the limited time they do seem to be in business.
90% of the time you are better of to drive to Dawson Creek or Fort st John.
