Cottonwood Mall is a fantastic shopping destination in Chilliwack! The mall has a great variety of stores, from popular clothing retailers to unique specialty shops, making it easy to find what you need. I love that they also have a good selection of dining options, perfect for taking a break after shopping.

The atmosphere is welcoming and bright, with plenty of seating areas throughout the mall. The layout is easy to navigate, which is always a plus when I'm on a shopping spree. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, including restrooms.

The staff at various stores were friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even better. Plus, the mall often hosts community events that add to the local charm.

Overall, Cottonwood Mall offers a pleasant shopping experience, and I always look forward to my visits. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

wow! these people are sooo good at what they do! Personally I had Michelle and she was absolutely amazing. She corrected my super dark hair to an even tone so that I can come back to my natural! it was better than even expected!!! anyways seriously don’t think twice before booking. you will not regret!

Great photo ops for Christmas fun while doing some shopping. Sadly, the food court is gone, but there are places around the mall and inside the mall to buy food.

Terrible mall! Not worthy! Bring your business elsewhere!
The stores are not all connected internally. Have to go outside (Canadian Tire/Save on Foods/etc.).
The vide is terrible. Very rude store employees. Very negative atmosphere! A lot of "we can't do this; we don't know; we don't have it, ...".
*** Big Orange is the worst store in the mall and any other place we have visisted with unprofessionalism, lack of proper hygiene and safety procedures (saw a rat in this food place; coughing and sneezing over the food and drinks; employees not washing hands after using the toilet; employees bumping/tripping over each other behind the counter) and very disorganized!
This store is the main reason we boycott the entire mall! Next store please!!!

-1 star. It has been really crappy ever since the food court was removed. The new stores they've added are completely useless. It would've been nice to renovate for something DIFFERENT rather than another liquor store and similar clothing stores. (There's probably at least 3 within a 5 minute drive)

Excellent help at Old Navy as usual.
And the new OPA! restaurant was fabulous, my pita was so stuffed I barely finished it. 5⭐️for them.

Aside from the old stand-bys and some minor new food additions, the Cottonwood Centre has become a strange shadow of itself.

Anything new seems to be entirely niche, strange and utterly pointless with no regard for the local attitude or kinds of customers it wants to attract. Most people only go for the stores that have been there for decades.. or the food court, BUT.

Unfortunately, the entire food court - a perfect spot to meet friends and family, buy food while shopping (which encourages people to stay in the mall longer), and feed the dozens and dozens of employees of the mall - was upended and replaced with ANOTHER LIQOUR STORE. Do you know what a liquor store attracts in the middle of a homelessness/drug crisis? Addicts and dealers and thieves.

Thanks to Cottonwood Centre for contributing to the moral decay of our society.
