Short wait time with appointment. Friendly staff. Clean office. Only patient is allowed inside waiting room. Covid-19 practices are a bit lax: temperature is checked after you have already been sitting in the waiting room. Social distancing is not enforced, as there is not a space between seats.

I cannot see anything other than a 5 Star rating for doctor rainwater,his nurses, and staff are kind caring and excellent health care and very thorough, to boot great senses of humor. Love these folks like they are my family.. for anyone who had a negative experience, I'm sorry you have had such, but all I can say is like said these pepes are awesome and really work hard for their patients and I have not had in a very, very long time a good relationship and rapor with doctors and staff like I do with these Wonderful people.. would I recommend then to other people? I absolutely, would,will, and do. Merry Christmas and happy New years to you guys.. I send love and blessings your way! And that goes for all reading this. In all sincerity I really would give these Wonderful people a go folk's and be a little patient at first as every takes a few extra minutes at times, and a doctor and staff this good are absolutely worth a little bit of time, you won't be disappointed, as I have yet to have a doctor who gets to the Root of problem so quickly, and thorough and explains in layman's for patient comprehension and understanding..

Terrible communication, rude front desk folks. I almost died after a procedure there. The rude front desk refused to get a message to the doctor. Why the hell do they make you wait up to 2 hours to see the doctor? Then the doctor rushes you out in under 10 minutes. Dr. Rainwater, why do you overbook and then when patients have questions and you’re halfway out the door? Stanford has MUCH better care and genuine concern for their patients. Go elsewhere.

My husband & myself have been leaving messages to have a staff member call us back. It's been going on over three weeks. I'm not really sure what their problem is but the girls that work the front are so rude. He gave a urine test and can't get in to see the Dr. If it wasn't so hard to find a new Dr right now, we would leave after over 20 years. Very sad but they just don't care about their patients. While we have to sit here and wonder what is wrong with my husband. Lord help us

Always packed and takes mire than 2 hours to be seen then once in room 15 min and your out. Need to regulate patients on a timely manner.
