Told us we were getting a brand new stove (“the paperwork says used because someone ordered it but it never left the warehouse” - this statement was used at least 3 times during the purchase process) and proceeded to bring us a very clearly used stove full of burnt crumbs and debris, with the English warning labels completely stripped off, and giant dents in the side. They also very aggressively dropped the stove right beside my youngest dogs crate, causing her to have a complete panic attack and leaving her still refusing to go anywhere near her crate - also gouging my hardwood. There was also a very thick layer of dirt and grime accumulated on the stovetop at the time of delivery. When we called them out on this, they had the audacity to say “oh well we gave you a deal on it”. Today they picked it up, sending the same idiot who traumatized my dog (who we very adamantly told them to NOT send), and he proceeded to completely shatter the glass on the stove all over our front porch and in our sunroom. We had to tell him that we would clean it because the puppy was once again having a full blown panic attack (something that has NEVER happened any time we’ve brought anyone else into our home, regardless of their purpose.)
They also had excuses galore about why we had to sit on this unit for nearly a week, leaving me to have to cancel most of my birthday plans due to them trying to deceive us.

If I’d wanted to overpay for a used stove, there are a huge number of places in town I could’ve done that without having to finance. They wanted us to pay more than what a brand new stove costs for this disgusting thing.

Definitely do not purchase from these goofs unless you want to overpay for something that they lie about the condition of. Wish me luck while I try to calm my sweet little girl down.

Amber was very fast and efficient and always called to verify options, set up the payments and had the items delivered by the end of the week!
Rebecca was also delightful to deal with, both were very professional.
Micheal delivered our items. He was very thorough going through the paperwork and made sure I understood and was clear on everything! Very professional as well.

I was treated with little respect. I took out a loan and lost my job when I went to get the insurance for it I had to fill paper work out 3 different times because Shawn was to busy staring at the tattoo between my breasts even hitting on me. Went as far as when I left adding me on all my social media’s apologizing for what he had said then continued to flirt with me. (Then a few days later finding out he was too distracted and had me filling out the wrong paper work) When Rebecca was told by my roommate that I was not comfortable coming in she had the audacity to say I was lying yet mentioned it’s not the first time she’s heard complaints like this about Shawn. My roommate was there when it happened along with another staff of the store to confirm it happened yet he didn’t lose his job!! He was told he was not welcome on my property with or without me there and found out they were going to pick up my stuff so he lied to Rebecca saying he just wanted to go for a drive and showed up at my house. (I wasn’t home thankfully)(one of my roommates had told him to get back in the truck) I told Rebecca prior I wanted to return the laptop but keep the speaker as I could afford the 12$ biweekly on it she took both and said I didn’t have a choice completely rude but when my roommate lost her job at the same time as me and didn’t have insurance on her products (I did) Rebecca gave her 3 months without having to pay and just put it on to the end of her bill. Completely dissatisfied in the service this place brought. Rebecca has her favorites and if she doesn’t like you she will treat you like trash. I have many other people who have worked with her who will back me up on that one. (Yes everything went to HR)

Rebecca was very helpful and was very fast at making my purchase happen and the delivery man Jessie was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me unfortunately they had two love seats Jessie removed it and was back at my house with a couch within a hour now that's servious.
