Last night we experienced a cracked pipe due to the cold weather. So at 11 pm we put the call in to H Jack Langer. They took our information and forwarded it to Kevin, the technician on duty.

Kevin called us back within five minutes and 20 minutes later he was at our house, ready to assess our problem. He was up front about pricing and what he would need to do and the time it would take to do it.

His assessment actually traced our cracked pipe all the way back to a module on the boiler. Because this would have shut down our heat, Kevin chose to address our issue right then and there. So we all bundled up as Kevin did his thing.

Finally at 3 am, he was able to wrap things up and we had a functioning pipe and module. He explained everything he did in terms I could understand.

Special kudos to Kevin for doing such a great job. He was courteous and professional throughout. And I should also note that the final price for this service was significantly less than I expected.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service that you gave my brother, Ed on Court Ave this past week. His furnace broke on Sunday, 12/22, and after many attempts to get service from the local tech's who originally installed this furnace, he called you at my suggestion. You and your guys were wonderful! Your employee Bryan and Arron along with the guys who came on Sunday night, were so kind and dedicated! Made an appointment with H Jack and they came out the following morning. Very professional and timely. They walked through the house and yard then checked the septic system They made sure to explain what they observed and found to be the problem. Got out their shovel and dug up a filter that needed to be rinsed off and replaced it. Then covered up the digging.
All this was done within an hour. Very helpful and willing to explain each detail. Will use H Jack again if needed.

Had a bad smell in my bathroom. Assumed it was a plumbing issue. After an exhaustive search by Justin and Sam turned out to be a dead rodent in the air vent. Wonderful experience with H Jack again 5 stars!

Called for an after hours emergency for my business. I was quoted an hourly rate and I was asked if I agreed to it, which I did. The technician came and snaked the floor drain, he was at my building less than 40 minutes-no materials were replaced just labor. Was charged approximately $80 more than what I was quoted by the scheduler on the phone, no explanation. The issue was not resolved so I had to hire another plumber to come the next day and do the service again. I had my husband call and ask them what their after hours rates are and he was quoted $100 less than what I was quoted. When I called to ask why I was charged so much they didn't have a good explanation. I would not recommend, especially to other female business owners.

This company showed up on time and completed all the work that was promised, and then some, without issue. Christian was extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is fair. We had both HVAC and plumbing work completed, and the job site was left neat and clean. This will be my new go-to company for HVAC and plumbing.
