I highly recommend H Jack for plumbing services. We had several plumbing issues and encountered plumbers from several locations. Each plumber was empathetic, professional and customer centered. I could tell that they cared about our issues, the operation of our plumbing systems as well as our stress burden. Even the manager who provided us quotes seemed understanding and empathetic. I now feel comfortable with our plumbing system, and will without a doubt contact H Jack again for any issues. The work they completed was impeccable, and clean! Our encounter with Greg, Nate, and Jose was amazing. In fact all the plumbers we encountered have been top class! Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s name.

Excellent service! Had trouble with my furnace and they were at my house within an hour of my call to them. My furnace needed to be replaced and they made sure the new one was installed and working that day. Prices are comparable to other area companies. Techs were very friendly - Virgil and Brad (didn't catch the name of the third guy, sorry!). Would highly recommend.

Employees and management were very friendly and answered all questions. They cut out the old concrete, put in tile, and placed sink and toilet for $7,750. Looks good and feels good on the feet. I didn't know that the tile was uneven until I was working on adding the trim. We got in contact and they sent someone out to put the trim in without cost. They stand by their work and are willing to assist if there are any concerns. I am happy with it.

I had a great experience. Professional installation plumbing technicians Brian and Virgil
were very prompt and knowledgeable about the job. My gas line pipe was sticking out far from the wall so that my new stove stood out too far past my counters top and there was three inches of space behind my stove and it would not sit flush against the wall. They reassembled my gas line down to the floor and moved the gas line over so that I could hook up my new stove, and I no longer have a gap of three inches behind my new stove . I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Brad is a total pro!

I had my furnace serviced by Brad, and he did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was he on time, but he was also thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me great tips to keep everything running smoothly.

Brad’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and provides top-notch service, I highly recommend Brad. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m appalled by the service my elderly mother received from H-Jacks Plumbing. They charged her an outrageous $5,185 for a supposed toilet repair that turned out to be completely unnecessary.

My mother, 84 years old and living alone, called H-Jacks when her toilet was running. I was able to stop the issue by adjusting the float before the plumbers arrived, but they convinced both of us that the entire toilet needed to be replaced, along with the cast iron flange and shut-off valve—without even pulling the toilet to assess the situation.

Initially quoted $1,889, we hesitantly agreed, only to be told they didn’t have the parts and required a $375 deposit. When the job was finally to be done, two different plumbers came and tried to pressure my mother into replacing both toilets, claiming vibrations from the repair would disturb the second bathroom’s toilet. The new price? A staggering $5,185.

My husband intervened when he heard the distress my mother was in. We had to call a different plumber who completed the work for under $500, revealing there was nothing wrong with the original setup. This felt like a blatant money grab, taking advantage of an elderly woman.

H-Jacks has not refunded the deposit, and I plan to address this with the bank and file a complaint with the BBB. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

When we bought our house we had no idea our AC unit was too small. Kody recommended a 3.5 Ton unit for our house and it made our summer so much better inside! 10/10 would recommend.
