Closes at 5:30pm. Needs better store hours and needs to clean up isles. Merchandise blocks isles so you can't see anything.

This has to be the first stop for anyone moving to the area, they have everything, housewares, home decor, furniture, curtains and rods, blinds of all kinds. Children wear, Ladies and more menswear than other department stores, brand names. Seasonal items easy to find. I never understood how folks can spend money at Value Village to keep their CEO a billionaire, when you can buy something new at a better price. Canadian owned. The cashiers rock too, be kind out their folks, you catch more flies with honey than $$$t.

This place is falling apart. The store is a complete disaster! Unacceptable. The majority of the kids' clothing area is blocked by boxes and crates (can we say fire hazard) This has been going on for a long time now, so they can't say it's temporary.
Staff are nice, which is the only thing this store has going for them.

While pricing and selection is good quality, mismarked items, and internal store policies are poor. Harts doesn't like returns though they clearly tell you...you have 30 days. Bedding is badly mislabelled and mismarked. When I went to return unopen bedding I get told they don't accept returns on bedding. This is no way for a community store to act and it is clearly anti-consumer.

Save your money - the quality is horrendous. I bought two tables that turned out to not even be functional - the legs they came with kept falling off because brackets they came with were already stripped right out of the box. I emailed the customer service and received no reply. Cheapest, low grade particle board too. It would have been worth it to spend an extra $20 for a better quality product elsewhere - even at their prices it’s over priced for complete garbage you can’t end up using. Really in dismay about this company and their lack of effort to compensate me for selling me a faulty, useless, low quality product. Never again.

Not the best Hart.
Half the time I make the 60 min drive to get things on sale from flyer. To my amazement the items are never in stock! This has happened on way too many occasions. It's disappointing! So much wasted potential for this store. They definitely need a larger space as well. I find the back is a bit too crammed and cluttered for my liking. Makes my anxiety bad shopping there for some reason. Probably because of the overcrowdedness <- I made that word up lol. Please keep larger inventory of sale items so people like me who live rural have a chance to buy the items that are advertised in your flyer! Also try finding better location!

I like this store. It's similar to Giant Tiger except they dont sell grocery food. If your looking for furniture for your first apartment or decor on a budget, you will love this place.
