Very happy with the customer service and the transparency throughout the process.

I asked for a quote on my R1 rear seat, they told me between 100-150 cash, depending on my fabric choice.

I chose a higher quality material and was very happy with the final outcome. Bill was 150 cash

Harvey’s did a great job on my pieces, place smells like smoke but ok no biggy.
***That review was my first experience with him BUT my latest he really let me down.
I bought new foam to replace the flattened stuff in a chaise lounge for our patio. The cover he redid was great however he did not use the new foam! He did not tell me this at pick up nor did he offer me the foam I’d paid $250.00 for, AND he added an extra $100.00 to his quoted price to boot! I won’t be recommending him ever in fact be warned!!

We brought a chair in to him in mid November and accepted that it would not be done until end of January. When we followed up the end of February, we learned nothing has been done and he would not provide us a date for completion, stating he does not do that anymore and that we should just come and pick it up. Rumour is that he is retiring in May so I would not recommend anyone to attempt using him.

Horible service. I took my boat seats to him and was told at least a month. Called after 6 weeks to be told maybe next week. Called 2 weeks to be told again maybe next week.I waited another 2 weeks and had to go get em back. No appologies were offered. No debit or Credit cards accepted. The reception i guess that's what i should call it was poluted with cigarette smoke. Jeremy.

The guys were nice enough I guess, but customer service was not a main concern. They only accept cash or cheques and they're definitely slow going.
