Today was my first time walking here even though I live up the street. I was very impressed! The area is well maintained. No garbage at all and the grass and branches are obviously trimmed back on a regular schedule. I encountered lots of wildlife too! A snake, lots of lizards, furry catepillars, and lots of butterflies. I saw more wildlife than I did people! I went almost my entire 2.5 hours without seeing anyone else. It was very refreshing to be able to walk in a beautiful place that had no trash and signs of life while still being so close to the city. I'll definitely be making this a regular part of my routine and it seems like a great place to bring friends for a stroll and chat.

Nice greenway/walkway. We only walked part of it from the dog park to HR 29. Nice peacefull walk on a chilly morning. I'm curious where this comes out or what trails branch off of it. I posted a pic of the map.

This is a very nice green way that supports all manner of activities- walking, running, biking, etc. The dog park is somewhat halfway. One direction goes to a subdivision, the other to the Hilton. Paved with nice boardwalks. Several dog stations and there are bathrooms and lots of parking at the dog park.

This is truly a relaxing trail to walk. It's almost 3.5 miles from one end to the other. The trees provide plenty of shade on those really hot days. There are also mile markers to contact police in case of emergency. The police also bike ride the trail for safety as well.

A decent trail, near a very famous Carolina attraction. There a lot of elevated paths … and quite surprisingly very decently maintained. A lot of elevated path due to marshy like terrain, approximately a mile long. There are two fenced dog parks based on the weight, at the entrance and its very active. Supposed to be next to an old mine, but there is no way you can guess when you are there, and is only visible on google maps.

My favorite place to bring my pup! I love how spacious the dog park is and how a firehouse is located across the parking lot from the greenway! I also appreciate the few times I’ve walked the greenway, there was a law enforcement officer riding his bike along the trails to ensure safety. If only all greenways were this safe!

It will be delightful when it's finished. Right now it's only .2 miles at best and not worth the drive. I was shocked to see the trail simply end with a portable bathroom and abandoned equipment. I assume they are working on it 🤷‍♀️

Small playground for kids. Park for dogs. Bathrooms. Nice trail with benches.
