I find the staff at this location are helpful, plenty of parking, and prices are comparable to other stores. All Lowe’s stores will convert to Rona on July 27, 2023. I hope the customer service continues. Sign up for their emails to be notified of promos. We got a great discount on their patio furniture.

Shout out to veey nice store assistant manager Jason and very nice store associate Lilian, they help me to locate a part on a discountious products. The discontinued product carries life time warranty when i purchased it (and life time warranty is the selling point). Very good aftersale and warranty service. Cares about customer.

I REALLY don't like this place. They're always feeling like they're lacking in stock. The selection is always limited. Constantly a game of just looking for products that won't be there.

Today was ridiculous, I wanted hearing protection overhead headphones. They had 2 types on the shelf. A red and a green. Most of them were opened, I check inside and see the red boxes are green. A worker asks if I need help and I mention it to him. He's like huh that's weird, and looks with me.

Out of the whole shelf, between a 50/50 split in green and red boxes of headphones. Only a single red one existed in a red box.

Obviously it's kind of a manufacturer thing I imagine, but many of the boxes were opened and taped so somebody working there knew and didn't care enough to relabel them in a clear way or something.

The guy who helped me (Brandon I think) was nice about it and helpful. They gave me a small discount too which was cool.

I have no complaint regarding staff at all, I just generally dislike the organization and selection of Rona compared to home depot/ Canadian tire/ princess auto or most places for things. I miss when lowes was around, I can't speak on how great Rona + is, but I know Rona itself is kinda eh.

I came back to do a return I bought and I was with my husband. The Asian lady that was working there on Sat April 12 2025 around 6pm made me feel very offended and upset she had no reason to ask this question .She asked me if I took a photo of her which I did not do that and makes me feel uncomfortable. All because I was on my phone reading something and she says are you taking pictures of me. So unprofessional. I'll never come back inside again how embarassing of my whole life and weirded out I had no reason to take a photo of her btw she was very nice and I had 0 issues so why would I do that.I was just a returning customer that came to get a refund and now I feel so humiliated she did in front of other customers. I'll never come back at this location again.

Home & Garden RONA is located in the Chinese community. It is very popular among community citizens due to convenience or emergency (home decoration materials). The employees are also very friendly. When you wander among the shelves, the employees on duty will take the initiative to introduce the products to you. If you want to buy If the product is wrong, the customer service department will notify the relevant department personnel to participate in the processing and confirm the return, so that the customer will not have unnecessary worries.

I purchased a floor lamp for my living room. I really like it...and the sales associate John help me out alot...John and lily they are amazing I had a good experience.

I guess it depends to whom your are speaking with but overall it was a nice experience.
A few employees do not have all the knowledge then we have been redirected to Eddy that has been professional and helpful. He even gave us useful advice.

The place is big, the price is okay. Depending what you are looking for. Big parking. And whoever will help you (with or less efforts…).
Washrooms were clean. Also the woman at the pro service was very helpful. She helped us to confirm that they were still having some sticks and redirected us to Eddy. So it avoid us going to another Rona.

I bought an open-box defective item at Rona through an online order for pickup, paying the regular price. From the time I placed the order to when I picked it up, no one informed me that it was an open-box defective item. Since the toilet was too heavy and the store was far from home, I had no choice but to barely fit it in. This was my first time shopping at Rona, and I’m very disappointed.

The toilet tank had been opened before—I guess it was returned because it had issues and was extremely difficult to install. After we barely managed to install it, we found that even the toilet seat had problems. I’m very unhappy about getting a defective product.
