Nice cozy cafe in a community centre. It’s situated in a neighbourhood that’s not toooo far from holland village but it’s a lot less busy so you can slowly enjoy your meal in peace and wouldn’t need to be in a hurry to leave for next group of customers. We had laksa goreng, rosti, bacon & egg & cheese croissant (topped up for scrambled egg), iced mocha and piccolo. Laksa goreng was good, albeit a little on the saltier side, and the croissant was crispy. The rosti could be a little more crispy though. There’s no gst and service charge so our meal’s total cost was $52 which is really reasonable. Service was excellent. We were served with water immediately after we entered and the staff was very observant and kept topping up our water without us asking. I will recommend to give this place a try if you are in the vicinity but the food wouldn’t be wow enough for you to specially travel down from far. I don’t stay too far so I wouldn’t mind another visit again! (Ps the fabric chairs probably need a wash)

Cosy cafe tucked away in the CC. Top notch service and very pleasant atmosphere with a wide array of dishes. Ordered the Korean Chicken Stew, sauce was very tasty but the chicken was overcooked.
Overall a recommended place.

Kuro風

The House Special Carrot Cake and Almond Croissant are delightful treats that perfectly balance flavor and texture. Both pair beautifully with a well-crafted Piccolo, whose smooth espresso base and creamy milk complement the pastries perfectly. A must-try trio for any coffee and pastry lover!

Order from GrabFood so can’t comment on the atmosphere. However；

1. The Laksa was sealed with extra precaution and tasted good !
2. White coffee was really good and intense, something lacking from many cafes nowadays.
3. Ondeh cake was on the sweet side.

Overall I must say it was very good and I will go down to the physical store to try someday

Friendly staff with warm hospitality. Ambience cosy with chilled vibes. Did not spend much time since I reached near closing hours. Good mocha in unique pottery cup = aroma & taste fine. House carrot cake was okay sweet. Based on current cafe economy, price was expected & alright. It’s special because got that real homely feel environment and nice background music. Will dropby again 😄

It's located in the community center (CC) across the road from Ghim Moh market but rather than parking at the market, it's better to park at the public carpark situated at the old block next to the CC.

I ordered the laksa goreng and it is unexplainably good.

The best way to describe this dish is that it's as if fried hokkien mee and laksa had a baby.

Service was efficient.

My only gripe is that it's a little pricey and the menu is not very extensive. There are too many items on the menu that are little more than slices of bread accompanied by stuff.

Lovely atmosphere. Background music really stylish, just like the owner😅
Great food, tried the kaya crossiant, rosti.... But the showstopper was definitely the seafood pao fan (rice) and the coffee!!!! Awesome and attentive service, nice that water is topped up without needing to call 😉

Ordered rositi, sambal dip with sourdough and mocha coffee. Quality coffee unlike your Starbucks sugary drinks. Sambal dip is packed with lots of flavours. A set of these for breakfast makes a great start for the day.
