I found House Heroes online and contacted them about buying my house. I had been struggling with trying to sell it and did not have the time or energy to deal with it. Lucas responded and was very honest with potential options on how they could help. We agreed to move forward, and he had great communication throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable. My HOA ended up exercising their first right of refusal to purchase my property in the end so my sale with HH didn't close, but I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell something fast.
