The Houston’s culture is very toxic. Things are consistent with food for the most part but occasionally service will fall short. They will never take accountability for their shortcomings and actually turn the table to make you the client feel that you are not being courteous. On a number of occasions this establishment has made us very uncomfortable. The portions have gotten significantly smaller over the years. For a very basic lunch for two people with salads and non alcoholic beverages, you will be out the door for at least $95 bucks. There is no real value there if their business model is to always approach the client as if they are the problem when there is an issue with food or service. It’s such an unenjoyable experience to the point that we have dramatically cut back on our visits at Houston’s. We just don’t want the hassle. We know we are not alone with our experience due to many shared stories of similar treatment. Houston’s is aware of this toxic culture and they don’t care. Their basic M.O. is that they take pride in everything they do food and service alike so if something goes wrong, we will assume it’s the client. That’s all they want to do is curb clientele that do not meet their standards. Zero accountability for their shortcomings when they do arise and honestly we are tired of it.

This was a first time stopping here.Its our friends favorite place. The service was first rate.I ordered Roasted Half Chicken served with tabbouleh(a 1st for me) both were phenomenal. French Dip sandwich was delicious,shrimp cocktail(colossal),filet mignon with roasted peppers n feta ...to our key lime pie(another 1st) n warm apple cobbler w/ice cream and espresso. Our whole meal was delicous with excellent service

Phenomenal location. The staff is always professional and overly helpful/polite. The spinach dip is to die for, and the burger is out of this world. I took a picture but half the burger and a few fries didn’t make it. 10/10 recommend stopping here for any lunch/dinner in mind.

Houston's in Boca Raton is outstanding! After 25+ years, they're still crushing it...their food, service and ambiance are world class! Everything on the menu is made with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared. GM Jourdan Mor has curated a staff who is totally focused on delighting patrons. Our server Elyssa treated us like old friends. Don't miss the spinach and artichoke dip and the legendary 5 nut brownie!

Primera vez en este restaurante de Boca ya que siempre vamos al de Aventura, el local muy agradable, con buena atención, limpio y cómodo. Las dos veces que fuimos no editamos más de 5 minutos, la carne, las hamburguesa, las entradas todo muy bueno, los precios acorde con el lugar. Recomiendo el dip de espinacas y alcachofas la ensalada César, las hamburguesas y las carnes. Sigue siendo uno de mi preferidos en Florida.

I dined at Houston’s recently for lunch. Surprisingly there was a lunch crowd which caused us to wait for 15 minutes . Thankfully we had reservations which helped to reduce the wait. We were greeted by our waiter promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very engaging. We ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye, Ribs and French Dip Sandwich. Everything was delicious and portions were large for a lunch menu. My recommendation is if you have time during lunch and want something out of the ordinary, try Houston’s!!
