I used to go to the Coquitlam mall location but it closed so now to the United Blvd location as soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed by friendly staff willing to help .. I recognized an old employee from the other location Cheryl .. she went above and beyond to help in everything we needed…. and all the other staff had smiles and were willing to help .. we discussed in the car on the way home how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff were .. that’s good customer service if I could give 10 stars I would .. also the new renovation is fantastic.. the open floor plan is easier to see around and the store was meticulously clean .. Thank you for the open welcome we will be back many times in the future

This is by far the worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. The materials are in terrible condition—can you imagine wood with cracks? Also it came with some bad smell. Some of the boards cracked every time I tried to drill screws into them. The instructions were equally frustrating—unclear and full of errors with some pictures not even matching the actual parts. It’s mind blowing how such a large furniture company could produce such low quality products. I regret not checking Reddit reviews before making my purchase.The only positive thing was one employee who was genuinely kind and helpful during our visit. But asking for a 5-star review on the way out? Sorry I can’t do that for such a poorly made product.

Assembling this furniture was a nightmare—I lost count of how many times I got angry over how badly designed it is. I’m sharing this so others can avoid the same mistake I made. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I was shopping for window blinds and rods at JYSK yesterday. A lovely sales lady called Cheryl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience pleasurable for me. I would definitely recommend this location on United Blvd.

I want to give a personal shout out to this location. All of the staff have been wonderful, but special mention needs to go to Brenda the store manager.

We had a couple of hiccups with one of our orders and each step of the way her staff were great to deal with and kind and considerate.

When we had some additional questions, we reached out via online form and Brenda called me directly to help.

She was kind, caring, and attentive. My wife went by to pick something up and Brenda had her entire team informed about my wife coming in case she wasnt there.

Shopping here is a good reminder as to why to support retail stores and be good to others because people here are really good to you.

We will come back here for future furniture, not just because of the selection, but because of the staff, and especially because of Brenda and how helpful she was

Hello everyone, we shopped the other day. and we were really happy with the service and the staff. Especially Carina helped us a lot. The product we bought unfortunately cracked during installation. and we wanted to change it. The company helped us. see you in the next shopping

i feel like i could buy everything here. almost like ikea, bed bath and beyond, walmart, etc all in one. they even have furniture for cats! we were trying to look for a king pull up storage bed but alas they only have a few selections similar to sleep country. they are more for accessories for the home.

i would def come back here again!!!

Clean and light shopping floor. Comfortable shopping environment with music provided. Public restrooms available. Price is good, a lots items are on-sale. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking lot available in the front.

Would definitely buy from there again. The store is clean and bright and the staff are very helpful. Delivery was seamless and easy - the tracking feature was great, as it helped me manage my time efficiently. The delivery personnel were professional, good problem-solvers and very courteous. Done and Done - easy. Using my new wardrobe as a housing unit for my office equipment. Great, just have to roll the door open then close to hide it all.
