I agree with the numerous other glowing reviews.

I didn't get the name of the gent that helped me out, he might be the owner or the manager: Asian gentleman with Grey hair, glasses and a mustache. This guy is fast and efficient. I love the fact, he lets you take a look at your pictures before he prints them out for you...Big plus, not many places allow you to check your pics and approve or disapprove them. Come support your local small business...especially when they are brilliant at what they do! So Glad I didn't need to go to Walmart or CVS or any other big store...

I was in & out within 15 minutes! A few minutes to take pics, a short wait till they get developed and walah...all done! No issues. No worries. No dramas.

AVOID!! How rude!! Wasted 1+hour here in a super hot and untidy room and got nothing!!

They just took the photo in front a white door. One photo only, cannot preview or take a few to choose from. No professional lighting. No photoshop. The knob is even in the photo next to my shoulder.

You can save time and money and get better photos to take it at home, or go elsewhere for a more professional one.

Their printer machine is super old and failed to work. The customer before me had a visa appointment right after and was screwed up by them. (Wish him the best..)

I already waited for 50min and decided I can go with electronic version only. The man told me he is already printing it while standing next to the dead printer. He said “you should have told me before taking the photo”? I still agreed to pay but told him that he shouldn’t have said that to me. There were multiple options listed on the board (like 2, 4, 10 photos or soft copy only) and he never asked me which I want. He said I was playing the blame game and refused to serve me?

He was just too busy and let out his anxiety through bullying a young female customer that walked in alone.

The lady in the shop (probably his wife) tried to help. The first soft copy is $25. She tried to charge additional $25+$5 for another copy in a different size. (while adding a soft copy on top of a print is only $10). Then she tried 15min to just crop the photo and couldn't get it right, ending up sending me a 100kB super blurry photo.

They only know one thing right: I can choose another store or do it myself.

Did a walk-in for a passport photo in June. Friendly owner let me review the shots before finalizing them. Left with my copies all within 30 minutes.

I walked-in to the place to get my passport photo taken. The service was super quick and with high quality. I think the person assisting us was the owner and was friendly and efficient. He showed the photos to us on the camera screen, allowing us to review and request retakes if necessary. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this place.

Went here for passport photo printing after FedEx and UPS refused to print (they only print when they take your picture, pretty lame). K & H offers excellent quality; and they happened to touch up my photo and cutter out (2x2 inch) so it looks good when it was printed and ready to submit with my application.

Highly recommended and would use them for additional photo printing services.
