They say they deliver to Haida Gwaii and that I need only email them to inquire about it. I emailed them and they have not responded for a week. I'm trying to spend $1000 at their store but I guess that's not enough to get their attention. Quality service they got there.

The staff at MacKenzie go above and beyond. The texting services make home decorating and decision making an absolute breeze.
The owner and his staff are all so friendly and helpful. A real asset in our community that is very much appreciated.
** update second year of doing business with them . Furnishing our various properties with them have been a great experience. For example the 10 year warranty on the washer and dryer set comes in really handy and gives us peace of mind for the next ten years ! Thank you guys!!

I experienced excellent service from the two ladies on the sales floor.
They were very helpful in solving the few problems I had relating to the purchases I made.
And I look forward to dealing with them again when the bookcase I ordered comes in.
Furthermore, I must say that the two delivery men, who delivered my 65” Q90T Samsung TV, were both vital in packing it, and the counter I bought for it, up three flights of stairs. These gentleman also instrumental in setting it up for me. I am 64, and could not have done it myself. I am very grateful to these two men for their help.

I've shopped at Makenzie for all my Livingroom furniture and always get Trevor to help.
I recently moved out of town but still own my house in Prince Rupert, I needed new appliances and Trevor was awesome to deal with, he's always so helpful. I highly recommend shopping for your furniture and appliances there.....ask for Trevor, you won't regret it.

I called in an order from on island here and I ordered an L shaped sueade couch and I asked if it was in stalk in the store so I can get that same week delivery option and they said yes, so I tossed my old couches waiting for deliver 3 days later. After 5 days I call and ask where they are and they said they didn't have them so they had to order which takes another MONTH. At this point I'm pregnant with no couches and mad so I have to take up their offer for another couch not knowing what I'm getting into because he is selling it to me over the phone as if I can see it (because I live on an island I can't go in) I can't stress enough how much I mentioned I needed an easy cleaning surface that won't soak up liquid and they sent me this huge tweed couch that I could barely fit in my house. I paid straight up with Pay pal and they couldn't give me a refund on there so they had to send me couches I didn't want i guess. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them if it needs to be delivered on island. It often broken or not what you want
