Soho Pool House is an absolute gem!
The customer service is impeccable, making you feel welcome and cared for from the moment you arrive. The ambience is unmatched—stylish, vibrant, and filled with incredible art. The walls are adorned with stunning paintings, and even the furniture feels like a work of art, adding to the creative and sophisticated vibe. The poolside setting elevates the experience, creating a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. While the cocktails are good, there’s definitely room for improvement to match the rest of the experience.

I love that place! Very cozy and stylish.

Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to unwind or socialize in a truly one-of-a-kind environment.

I recently had the opportunity to visit pool house and it was such a great experience. Michael and Donnell at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us around the property, which was a nice touch. The ambiance at the pool was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The drinks were also fantastic, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing day in Miami!

Well, it's finally open.
I want to like this place a lot.
The staff are excellent, the drinks are great.

The food is incredibly mediocre, which I could tolerate but this one fact, the venue is extremely bland.

The whole point about Soho House is being somewhere remarkable. It should be a landmark building. It should have views, or be somewhere with incredible history, or incredible architecture, there should be something magical about each location, or a few things.

This is a random dump, with a lot of money spent on it, to make it a nicely decorated, pleasantly, well lit, attractive random dump.

If Soho house wants another location, it should have been where Casadonna is, on the water on the bayside, or it should be South of Fifth, or in a new tower overlooking Brickell, or up the river like Kiki's or maybe somewhere where events can be held at scale......
there should be something worth making a $130 dinner cost $200.

This building have been an ironic 3 star hotel , not a soho house.

I don't like complaining, the staff are fantastic, but come on, buy some better properties.

Very basic, doesn’t even seem like a soho house.

The food is decent, but expensive as expected.

The cottage, one of the few areas to work, is tiny and only has two tables where you can sit with your laptop. Unfortunately, the manager was sitting at one of them with his laptop and working from there, so taking up the little space there was. He was also talking on the phone loudly even though they don’t allow members to make calls there. I saw two members ask if they could make a call, only to be told no, while the manager was on the phone. It was inappropriate and doesn’t make sense. The rules seem very arbitrary and there shouldn’t be exceptions made for the staff.

Service is mediocre.

My friend got the membership recently, he even forgot how long time ago he applied, but they just charged his card from the file and sent email about this . So today we decided to pass by and check what he have got for this money.
Will share only my opinion:
- Everything looks pretty old, even smell was like smell of old village house
- Pool has very Barbie style, not too big at all
- In general all pool house is not too big
- We ordered drinks and they were very very average

Not recommended.

Really wanted to see this do well as a long time member. Not impressed by the service staff here. Very officious, not graceful, and more focused on imposing arbitrary laptop rules than providing decent service. Will stick with Beach House.

Bad experience with front desk supervisor! Very rude, not nice and screaming at me after I registered! They do not give bracelet we just go to get something from the car and he was very rude! The event said there is 730 people and was only maybe 80 people in the event maybe! Place is not great not worth my membership and I will never go again!
