We could not be happier with the level of customer service we received from Ken. We dropped in to the store to look for a new mattress and frame for a spare room. Ken was very knowledgeable and showed us several options in different price ranges, explaining the differences between them, as well as the pros and cons for each. I had a great experience my first time shopping here, Gary helped me pick out everything from a bed frame to pillowcases, except for one of their mattresses, as I already own a Juno bed-in-a-box.
Sadly my headboard arrived damaged on Christmas Eve. But after the chaos of Boxing Day subsided, Gary personally reached out to me, said he'd be checking the store cameras, and gave me the go-ahead to try cleaning the damage myself first, before going through the hassle of having to take the whole bed apart again and returning it.
Luckily the black mark was only on the surface of the fabric, and probably just a simple accident that happened when packing it up, so I was successful on the first try. I don't blame anyone for it, but he still apologized for the headache and went above and beyond to try to make things right, which means a lot to me as this was my first bedding purchase after living in my vechile for a year.
It feels great to get my mattress up off the floor with quality products, at a great price.
The bed frame alone retailed for $1395, they were originally selling it for $899, but as it was the last one & a floor model, sold it to me for $399. It was around $700 for a queen bed frame, mattress protector, full sheet set, 2 gel pillows, 4 sets of pillow cases, and delivery to Harrison Mills.
I will definitely be shopping here again once I either upgrade my mattress, or switch to a King, and will be highly recommending their business to everyone I know.
Apparently they're getting new decor items in about 1.5 months, and I'm really looking forward to it.
I hope one day they branch out to duvets & duvet covers, I know I'd personally buy them as I was looking for a new one when I came in.

Excellent staff and wicked prices for top quality mattresses. Just back the truck up, load and be gone since their stock room has big bay doors it makes it super easy to deal with. This is our 3rd mattress from them and haven't had any issues. Thanks for the help. I forget your name today but you made shopping fast and easy.
