J'ai appelé l'entrepôt de Montréal le 23 décembre pour un achat de très dernière minute pour Noel et ils ont été super accomodant. La chaise MyBeanBag est superbe et en plus ils m'ont fait un rabais ! Je recommande !

En 3 jours, j'ai reçu mon beanbag. Je suis heureuse de la qualité du produit. Conforme à l'image et à la description. Très pratique de pouvoir laver la housse et remplir le beanbag. Le format est un peu plus petit que ce que je m'attendais toutefois.

Not only are these beautiful and Canadian made, the entire experience of purchasing and customer service is next level.

I ordered the wrong size and as it was a time sensitive gift, wrote back and asked about exchanges. The new bean bag was delivered less than 48hours later and everyone was so kind and helpful (As a side note, I actually decided to keep the smaller bean bag chair as a gift for someone else because it was just so cute).

Would totally buy again. Thank you to the team

We bought a bean bag chair for our grand daughter for Christmas. She is in a wheelchair and unable to sit on the couch by herself. She loves this chair and it is so comfy for her to sit in as it props her up in the right spots! Unfortunately we noticed some tears in the fabric at the seams in two places in just under a month of use. I contacted customer service and in less than 30 min the issue was resolved as they mailed us out a new cover. Such awesome service! We would highly recommend this Canadian company - they back their product and are easy to deal with. And the chair is fantastic!!

Ordered two beanbags before Christmas, and received one just in time. Unfortunately with all the shipping backlog, the last chair came after Christmas. Communication with the service/support team was absolutely amazing. They responded quickly, and always kept me in the loop as to what the delay was. I would definitely recommend the product because it’s great, but the cherry on top was the excellent customer service experience! Thank you, my kids are living the bean bag chairs!

I bought a bean bag chair 5 years ago and couldn't open the zipper because it requires a special key to open it. I didn't use it much but now I want to bring it to the trailer for extra sitting. I contacted customer support by email and their responded right away. They sent me the special key so now I can remove the cover to clean it. Received exceptional service even after 5 years! Thank you
