New to community went to this company needing furniture and got turned down all because of no references but don't have none so its disappointing not to mention would never refer anybody there

I am absolutely disgusted 🤮 they sold me a TV that I spent a lot of money I was promised they would replace my tv and then they refused to give me a replacement TV they would not have any conversation over text message they would only have a conversation over the phone because they didn’t want a paper trail I have spent so much with this company so I could bust up my credit and I GOT SCAMMED HARD the one man told my mom well I was on the phone that they already had 5 TV the same as mine just stop working he also said that those TV we’re garbage and the company will never sell those TV’s again I am a hard working single mother and this company IS A BUNCH SCAMMER AND DONT CARE WHO THEY STEAL MONEY FROM AND SELL GARBAGE STUFF TO I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO TO THE COMPANY

This store is great. I have purchased items here on numerous occasions. I deal with Luke at this store. He is so helpful and friendly. Every time I go here looking for something he goes above and beyond to find the item I'm looking for, and he usually finds it. I was looking for an Xbox series X for some time. This is something that is impossible to find, Luke worked and found me one. I can only say good things about this place and the staff who work here. Thanks all at National Rent-to-own

They didn't have a dryer in store and stated they would have one in a few days. I provided my number, and they said stock on truck and will be arriving within a few days. They promised they would call me, and they never did.

Worst renting company ever. When the appliance/electronic you are renting fails and breaks down they do not provide replacements while it is being fixed and you are still expected to pay for the month that you didn't get to use. Deliveries/ pick ups/ repairs, take a frustrating and disappointing amount time. (3 weeks has been my experience each time). Very disappointed in the items I have put money into.
