Purchased a $1600 lazy boy that won’t keep your feet up, when my wife called they sent out a sales person to help and all they did was give her a hard time and tell us we don’t know how to use a recliner properly. Very upset with our purchase as it wasn’t cheap and we were expecting to pay a premium price for a premium product along with 5 star service but received the opposite without any resolution.

Helpful staff selling lazy boy furniture. However after purchasing $4000 + for 3 prices of furniture, one of the chair arms came loose within a week of having it. I’m told that the they don’t service outside of the city and I must bring in the chair for servicing. I’m only 75km from the store and they do deliveries on occasion which would cover the gas. Hell, I’d even cover the gas as now I must find a truck that can accommodate the chair since my car will not. After looking at the underside of the furniture itself it does appear to be made with cheap particle board. I could have paid 1000 for a 3 piece cheapie set at the Brick if I wanted particle board. Perhaps Lazy Boy isn’t the quality that it advertises and perhaps the Norte Dame Boys should review their sales policy to ensure customers are aware of the servicing limitations.

Probably the best experience dealing with a sales person ever.
Wanda was helpful, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, she new everything about all of the products we were interested in and even offered changes to make it all perfect for us.
She definitely needs and deserves more than a 5 star rating. More like 10..even more.
