Ordered chairs to be delivered to Dunnville from St. Catharines paid for delivery and was told once we got our deliverey confirmation we had to pay our balance. All done, delivery was set for 1-5pm, on the day of we got a call sayjng it would be later 6-7pm recieved yet another call saying it would arrive between 7-8pm very upsetting and we finally got our delivery at 830pm only to find out the delay was due to an employees move? What ever happened to customer service? Very dissapointed in Parks Furniture services.

I ordered a Decor Rest sofa and chose a fabric that was out of stock so delivery took longer than normal but my sofa and chair finally arrived and I'm really happy with my purchase and overall experience. The price was considerably less than a competing furniture store which made me a little skeptical but it all turned out great. I can confidently recommend Parks to others and wouldn't hesitate to shop their again myself.

Terrible Experience. This was my first time shopping from them and intentionally bought just the area rug so that I can then maybe think about purchasing furniture for another few thousand dollars. NEVER BUY an are rug from them. There Advertisement in the store states 8'x11' and when I brought it home 25kms away from the store. I mesaured it - its 6.8'x 8.11'
if it would be just a few inches short- would be completely fine it with it. But this was a huge difference. So i reached out to the store; there first answer was you can return it with a restocking fees ( because its there mistake- I have to pay restocking - Funny)
Then, Another person asked for proof ( no trust at the customer)I sent the photos and then guess what they offered me 30$ for reimbursement or else i can just go back to return it. It didnt seem like a fair resolution to me.
So please make sure you check everything before you make a purchase again from them.

So, you say its not your fault but mine and moreover..its not even 7x10 less than 9' where you are saying it should be 10

Delivery was later than originally told and as all items were not available at the same time, you are charged multiple times for delivery so beware of this. When calling the Hamilton location or contacting them via email, you are hard-pressed to receive a response. So, I recommend dealing with the St Catherines location. The girl there is more experienced. The delivery team is wonderful, punctual and very polite at both deliveries. When you add onto an order it would be best to request a separate invoice as it confuses pricing. One of my items, I was contacted, was noted to be broken so they replaced the original nightstands I ordered with two different ones. The second set was less expensive yet this was not reflected on the new invoice. Very messy pricing system which can lead to the customer being overcharged. I asked for two separate invoices but the girl I dealt with was unable to do this for me. In the end, I finally received all the furniture I ordered and am pleased with the pieces. I would only purchase again if timing of receipt of the furniture is not an issue as they don’t seem to honour the timeline they initially present to the customer and in future, would only deal with the St Catherines location. I would also avoid adding onto an order as it confuses the invoice incredibly.

Have purchased in the past and has been ok, but recent purchase has been a disaster. Was told items would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Past 6 weeks now and into week. Phone mailbox always full, extremely slow to answer emails. Still really no answer as when I will get furniture. If they would allow it, I would get a complete refund and purchase elsewhere.

Everything from our purchase went smoothly- from our sales girl helping us pick a new frame because the one I had my heart set on wouldn’t work with our new mattress to the delivery drivers communication and humor to the quick solution to our hick up during assembly at home! I will be back for future needs and recommend friends to go there as well!

I have been here a few times; big place with quite a large selection. Prices vary.

My biggest issue is the website. Dear gawd it’s one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s so bad it deters me from coming in again as it’s so difficult to see, or make sense, of anything. Please fix this, for your own good, and your customers.. you’re missing out on a huge chunk of sales/marketing because of this.

If you check out other furniture retailers, you can see how different the experience is online, ie: search options, categories, price & info, layout, etc. Change your hosting platform if you have to.. just please fix it. It’s just so bad and not at all a good representation of your store or products.
