Personnel courtois mais produits vendus beaucoup plus chers qu'ailleurs (bardeau, drip edge). Aurait aimé avoir les prix d'avance sur site web!

The two guys in the warehouse that look like brothers need a lesson on customer service, very rude and have absolutely no customer service, dealing with customers as a main part of your job you think you’d be good or atleast try to be decent at the job, I purchased six 2x6 and 10 sheets of plywood, not a huge order by all means. Big guy was giving attitude right away when I asked if 2x6’s were straight, it’s 6 boards not 60, do your job. rather load my truck myself then have someone who’s too tired to do there job give me smug looks and tells me “do it yourself then” when I was already gladly doing it. They loaded 9 sheets of 3/8 plywood in my truck together, the bigger guy walked away because he must’ve been exhausted. He left the younger kid to load the last sheet by himself which could’ve went south and cause damage to vehicles. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other guys, all very nice.

Nothing but bad attitude.
He did not understand the theory behind a "Buy one, get one off sale". I was told to "shop at the thrift store" if I didn't like his made up story about how they (Home Hardware) does not honour Milwaukee promotions that are advertised on the side of the package! What? And FYI D, just because Im trying to save money does not mean I cant afford it. Heres a tip...If you don't know, ask instead of making it up, and lose the attitude.

Questionable staff. Immediately upon walking in today I was "greeted" aka stared down by a woman who looked like she wanted to bite my head off...she was literally standing there like a statue just staring at me like I was the 2nd coming of Christ. I was then greeted by a POLITE & FRIENDLY guy who told me where the light bulbs were, so I thought thanks to him that everything was balanced out in my staff interactions...until the woman/statue decided to meet me at checkout. I was just there for the light bulbs lady, you don't have to bite my head off! HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THE POLITE & FRIENDLY GUY!

Absolutly love the ladies in there, super helpful, I was in looking for mistint paints. Althought some weren't priced, they were prompt on a price check and worked together to make sure i left happy.! Truly appreciate the fact they were still so great when I last minute ran in just befor closing! Super appreciate my experience every visit!

The TOTAL lack of communication between the staff, management and customers is ridiculous. No communication as to when the HH truck is coming over to Haida Gwaii. Items purchased at the contractors desk over the phone for pick up on the week-end (why is the Contractors desk not open at least for a few hours on Sat. and Sunday?) and front counter staff does not give it to people picking it up on the week-end and it is sitting on the counter at the contractors service area marked with my name.. BUT it gets worse. I phoned this am at 10:00 am and explained what happened. No apology. I asked for my purchase to be delivered to the Airlines servicing Haida Gwaii so it could make the 1:00 pm plane. It was delivered around 2:00 pm so it missed the plane. What kind of staff did they hire? If necessary I would have paid for a taxi to deliver it.
