We got a new quilt, quilt cover with matching decorative pillow cases, and full set of queen bed sheets (all were bamboo cooling stuff) from here a couple of years ago. We and our family spent hundreds of dollars here (they were gifts/after Christmas spending).
Our fitted sheet recently developed a hole which we considered getting patched, but more tearing occurred when I tried pulling the sides together. Evidently the whole sheet was brittle and weak material.
I assumed it was beyond any warranty period, but I thought the fragility was unusual so it was worth the inquiry. The lady told me that two years is a long time for their sheets to last, womansplained it as "like wearing the same t-shirt every day," and attempted to sell me more of their pricey sheets! (When I was single, I had sheets for 15+ years without any issue, so...not wasting more money.) I was so annoyed I left the ripped sheet there, but she refused to take it so I had to place it on the counter.
We are now using a cheap set from Canadian Tire, which funny enough feels cooler on the skin. We won't be back to QE Home.

Got 2 feather pillows as a gift from here. Unfortunately I received 2 from another family member.

We didn't have the receipt so wasn't expecting to be able to return but a phone number was given when purchase was made so I was hoping.

We where informed all pillow sales are final sale. Even though it was unopened and wrapped in plastic.

The reason for the 1 star...was we where then offered to possibly exchange for another item.

If all pillow sales are final? Then why are you now offering a possible exchange. It's one or the other.

Basically they have our money and don't wanna give it back. Even though a phone number was used during purchase.

Unless of course ur willing to spend alittle more then maybe we can exchange it for you.

Poor exchange policy communicated in a poor manner.

Won't be back to spend here.

We received excellent service at this location. The store manager of both this location as well as the seven oaks store were present. The advice and suggestions for bedding options were thoughtful and informative we would definitely recommend this store. Store is well organized with lots of selection.

I just went in to look and ended up buying a new bed quilt set, I had about 5 minutes to get in and out of the store as I was getting on a bus and the lady that helped me was so absolutely amazing! I didn’t get her name but if you helped me buy the pink quilt set you are fantastic! Thank you so much 😊

Good but pushy service felt judged. Not going there again. If I want to purchase something on sale I have the right and not to be looked down on. Tisk tisk. Your in sales so well not judge smile not smirk. I have been in customer service for 30 years. If I acted that way to a potential customer I would have been fired.. Not what I would except from a tiny business that is going to struggle now do to social media.. But what do I know...
