Absolutely infuriating. Bought a door handle and deadbolt from them less than 7 months ago. Suddenly the door handle froze, I could not open my door. Also the dead bolt had been getting a lot of play in it and it also seems like it might fail. The rep said they would replace the handle, but did nothing about my inconvenience or about the door being unusable. I am a disabled person, so going to their store is not convenient. Nothing was done about this either. Apparently Rona thinks that door handles have a 6 month working life and if they fail horribly, making a door unusable, that's okay too. I'm sorry, but replacing my door handle does not make up for the huge inconvenience and ridiculous expectations that a brand new door handle and lock set should only last 6 months. Also, the deadbolt is loose too. DO NOT BUY DOOR HANDLES, DEADBOLTS OR LOCK SETS FROM RONA

Great price on a hot water tank. Great service and help. Was the best store out of about 6 visited that day. In and out with what we needed relatively quickly.

I just seriously don’t think the staff here give a rats asx about the customer. Ask a question and they look dumbfounded…. Point you in a general direction but never take you there or show any real interest in helping you out.

I recently purchased a fridge from the Chilliwack store that was handled by Karen. There were a number of things that due to weird circumstances, did not run smoothly. Karen handled everything in a smooth, professional, friendly manner that was a positive delight (and shock) in this day of poor customer relations. She was able to hunt down the fridge I was interested in, get it ordered in the colour I was hoping for and even switched the delivery date around when she learned I was in the hospital. And as if all that was not impressive enough, she followed up by calling after the delivery to ask if it had gone well and if I was happy with the fridge. I am very happy with the fridge, but I am even happier and more impressed with this employee. I commend and thank her for her friendly professionalism.
