Chan was a great help!! The item is was there for showed not in stock for any option online or on the employee device. Chan said to wait while she checked all the shelves and drawers with the ladder as well. She found one and I am so happy you have an employee like her working at your store!

A very neat and organized (but smaller) RONA. I was really impressed with the selection of this store despite the small size. Had all the brooms I wanted!

Absolutely ridiculous and appalling service here. Ordered items for pickup and they wouldn’t let me pick up the items without a drivers license which I don’t have. I was told to return the orders I placed and find the items in the store to buy again. Supervisor/manager Christina didn’t even bother helping with finding the items. So somehow you can return items that I placed online but can’t give them to me… how does that make sense?

I ordered the same day deliver online which did come that day. That was good. What wasn’t good is their ridiculous cap on the number of pieces of items they would deliver (49) which required me to go to the store anyway to pick up another 12 of the 6 foot 1” X 6” treated lumber pieces I needed for the same project anyway. According to their site which I played around with I could have removed 10 of the 1 X 6 boards which were extremely light weight wise from the delivery order and replaced them with 10 more of the gigantic extremely heavy 10 foot 6 X 6 posts and that would still qualify for the delivery. It wasn’t about weight. It was the number of pieces. Bizarre. I kept getting emails to review the items yet the site never worked to leave a review. So this is what I got. Treated 6 X 6s that cracked and split within days, one from top to bottom, multicolored 1 X 6 that were advertised as brown, some were split and a few were not bowed but actually curved sideways and heavy duty gate hinges that bent under the moderate weight of the 4.5’ gate. Not impressed with any of the products.

The store is open for shopping now. Lots of nice plants. Some great deals. Varieties of potting soil...indoor and outdoor. Must visit.

The absolute WORST place for lumber and customer service. I don’t know what happens from walking outside to the yard, but service seems fine inside enough and then you go outside…

Some of the forklift drivers seem clueless on customer service and pricing in store: refusing to cut a piece of lumber to the size we paid for because there would be 2ft wastage for the store… but that’s how the wood is sold.

The older man at the lumber exit needs to RETIRE! He is so slow and RUDE!!
If police don’t have rights to just open my trunk and look through the back of my vehicle then NEITHER DO YOU!! He could see the lumber through the front window, but still slowly walked to the back then opened the back door (said he needed to check). No. The singular piece of lumber was fully visible from the driver side window.

Last time we were here he wouldn’t even let us out of the yard when we needed to drive around to return wrongly purchased materials. He made us drive back to the entrance gate - which doesn’t open from that side.

The time before that we waited AGES for him to leave his booth to let us out.

He’s a problem and I will not be coming back to this lumber yard because of him.
