Didn’t find what I needed but the staff really went out of their way to help me and I appreciate it very much.

Lots of other good deals in the store. They even carry other work related clothing which makes it very convenient.

It’s a lot easier to find help here than the other hardware stores. That makes a huge difference because I don’t often fix stuff around the house so any advice I get is very much appreciated. The staff here are all so patient and caring.

Extremely disappointed. We got kitchen cabinets replacement, this is how they finished the job, see the attached pictures, old paint ribbed off, no fixing for adjacent paint, lots of opening as an excellent housing for cockroaches.
Also, eversince the plumbing of the kitchen sink was replaced with the sink, it now blocks regularly.
Edit: I just read their reply to my comment, basically saying we sont care, no offering of any fixing or rectifying this , just empty plain sentences of useless apologies. If you truly care about your customer satisfaction, its not too late to offer fixing the problem instead of empty words.

Overall, I had an amazing experience at this store. I was looking for a shower connector, couldn't find it so got a divertor. The only issue was that it was almost 15$ expensive than the Canadian tire one and there was only a brand difference and not much in quality.

I’ve been to this location a few times but most times I’ve been unsuccessful at receiving the help I need . This time I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from Logan. He asked my mum and I all the right questions to better assist us and was very patient with us the entire time. This definitely made us want to come again for our future household needs ! Smaller location, but for the small square footage not a bad location. The staff were more than happy to help. Purchased a nicenpatio set on discount there for a great deal. Just over $400 for a 5 piece matching set.

Twice in the past week, we've had the opportunity to visit the store. The first time we managed to have a chat with Tony over our needs and he provided some extremely good information. When we were there again today, we sought him out and he continued providing us with excellent information. When you visit this Rona, be sure to talk to Tony because he seems to know everything!

NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE EXPERIENCE Tuesaday Feb 18 /25 ,Wanted to purchase a Range nobody else to help even tho the employee was starting at 9:30am I was told by the lady sitting at the desk in the appliance department nobody intill employee arrives at 9:30 am I asked if she would help me her replied was no ,what a joke of lack of helping a customer .Service at this location is frustrating unhappy staff not even Acknowledging customers say good morning something would be better then nothing 1 star is already to much ,I toke my business else where with 💯 better service
