Extremely unhelpful staff. Wanted something that was available online, wouldn’t let me purchase it because it was available in store. In the store I was told that the items were “heavy and would take time to deliver on a truck” so they wouldn’t get them in. Suggested that I purchase another (smaller, unsuitable) product.
The chap helping me simply couldn’t be bothered to attempt to help me get what I want.

I've always loved this little Rona, service is very personable. Just want to send a big thank you for correcting an issue (my fault) when choosing a can of paint I bought from Lowe's when they closed. Alvin was very pleasant over the phone and when I arrived she gave me exceptional customer service and worked with me to get me the right color. 👍

I had a disappointing experience with one of the cashiers at this location. The boy’s attitude was disrespectful and made me feel
discriminated against. As a customer, I expect to be treated with kindness and fairness, regardless of background. I hope management takes action to improve customer service and train staff to be more respectful.

The staff is nice, and helpful. BUT this location is only good for cutting keys, getting paint and basic plumbing fittings if you need anything else go to home Depot. Don't waste your time

Brett provided amazing service and helped me figure out and find everything I needed for my DIY project despite my lack of technical expertise. He was so patient with me, and provided great ideas on how I can accomplish my idea. The best customer service I have received in a hardware store!

I will never buy anything from this store ever again as they have a hired parking enforcement man for the past year who literally follows anyone who parks in their lot that they share with the neighbors like a vet clinic and vet store and threatens to ticket and call the cops even when parking lot is half empty. Apparently this isn’t even legal and the tickets aren’t enforceable! This is atrocious that they feel so entitled to monitor the property like this not even allowing customers shop at Rona first and then run errands in neighbouring businesses when the parking lot is shared and never full! The man is arrogant and on a power trip to intimidate customers. I will be spreading the word to hope they go out of business and get bought by a developer. Shame on you! Who do you think you are to negatively affect other small businesses like this who may end up losing customers as a result of this practice.

My experience with the paint department was terrible, I had to call on Oct 18 at 5:26pm because I am looking for an old color that I purchased at Rona in 2019. I was trying to check if they have the names available and if they can still mix it. The lady was very rude, she didn't even let me finish my sentences and was cutting me off, her only response was "come to the store", not even knowing what I was about to say because she didn't let me express my questions. If they are not going to answer any questions by phone, why do they bother to have a phone in that department. Matching paint color can be done in any store, so I will go back there. They really need to work in customer service skills, cutting off a customer thinking that they know what we are going to say or ask is a NO.
