Ann is a terrific sales person! Nothing bad to say about her, however, the customer service offered by the owner is horrible. The sofa & loveseat I purchased was lumpy and not even. Her solution was to mail me a box of stuffing that I would have to shove up from the bottom. I said no I can't do this myself, so 2 guys were sent and they used a stick to shove batting up - it is worse than when I bought it. I expressed my unhappiness.....no response from the owner....got the sale and didn't care about customer satisfaction. To think I got rid of my perfectly great condition Barrymore sofa & loveseat for this piece of junk.

We have been looking for a sectional for a few weeks now. We had by far the best experience at Roy's. Grace was so nice and helpful. No pressure and as friendly as they come. She didn't follow us around the store like some places and the prices are great. We purchased our sectional and plan on returning for more furniture. The selection online is also very impressive. Customer for life here!

Cushions for both our chairs were too hard and only option offered by Monique, owner of Roy's Furniture, was firm or soft cushions inserts. Neither one was comfortable .... soft cushion felt like sitting on foundation and hard one like sitting on a rock. We had also purchased a sofa at that time and those cushions are perfect so don't understand why we could not get same cushion core for chairs. We filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and it ended up store twisting our words.
As seniors we were under a lot of stress dealing with them last year. We had to let it go because our health was taking a toll and could not continue dealing with a store that does not believe in customer service.

We decided to go to Gerry's Upholstery and pay to have proper cushion insert.

We had the pleasure to meet Anne Connelly at Roy’s. I have Mobility issues. She helped my son and I find the perfect chairs for me. I was looking for wingback chairs and she found the perfect pair for us. They were delivered right on time the next day by two pleasant men and placed where I wanted them! Thanks Anne for making the process so easy!

Terrible service. Movers dropped a fridge down stairs causing a wooden shoe rack to smash, damage my boots and break my autistic son’s $120 gnome causing injury to myself when I’m the one who had to grab the broken ceramic gnome. The movers acknowledged broken stuff with no apology. Owner is refusing to cooperate and making up excuses even when seeing video footage and photos of the damage. Refusing to apologize and help pay damages they caused. They’re trying to claim there was water on the stairs when there was no water, only some water from them not draining the fridge or keeping it off for 24hrs before pickup. It was they’re fault and now they’re pulling us around. When the owner got the footage she then tried to claim that the stairs were unsafe for the movers. Absolute terrible service!! Owner is horrible as well as two of the stores movers!
