The food hardly ever disappoints, service was good but the atmosphere and 'show' was disappointing. Other tables had the usual saki pour, egg roll joke, food toss/catch game, but our table nothing. ? We even talked the chef up and asked if he has ever dropped an egg or how long does it take to learn the tricks etc to try to engage him, nothing. So sad. When you pay $80 for a meal that usually comes with entertainment you expect it.

I took my wife on a date here, she had never been to a place like this before. She loved it! The food was excellent, the chef was entertaining and precise, the atmosphere was lively.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because our waitress was not easily reached.

Sushi and Hibachi grill are both excellent. Waiters are very attentive. Our waiter today checked to see if we had any food allergies in our group. The manager is very engaging, funny and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. Great vibe !

I've been here a couple times. The food was awesome and had plenty to take home. Love the sake as they squirt it into your mouth from a distance. Until you've had enough pretty cool place. Looking forward to going again

This place was not impressive. It wasn't terrible either. I like that seating was more spacious than other hibachi places. They seem to cram you all in tight in most places, but there was room for moving dishes to the side, spacing out the chairs for elbow room. The chef came out, typical Asian stereotype bow and quick talk. He was a bit funny entertaining. The gimmick here is you get the chef to shoot saki into your mouth from across the counter for as long as you can keep swallowing. They also flip the food into a person's mouth, they will go down the row to each person to see if they want a turn at catching diced vegetables in your mouth. That was something new and entertaining but I can also see how that would be annoying. The Kani salad I ordered was different. It could have done well without topping it with crunches. Flavor was good though. The actual hibachi was not great. the soup was bland, salad was ok. As the chef was cooking I can see he was just dropping everything seasoning, sauce and butter he had into each dish and to me that says the quality can not stand alone it has to be dressed up. The food was not terrible but it wasn't great. Not a place to return to, but I would detour anyone from trying it. It just wasn't up to my standards

Discounts on food and sushi!!
For 2 people it’s 35.99 with a free appetizer from 4 to 6 pm!! Worth the try because it won’t break the bank like most hibachi restaurants ?
