Amazing experience!
Kuldeep was our sales guy - so very nice and patient. Let us shop our way - not hovering over our shoulders. When we picked the couch of our dreams he worked some magic on the price and got it delivered to us super fast!
Then our delivery team was unbelievable! Daya, Rajdeep and Ramoorpreet (hope I spelled that right) were flipping fantastic! It was a big couch that didn’t fit in the elevator (sorry) and didn’t look like it was going to fit up the stairs either! But bless their hearts they busted their butts finding a way to make it work. After removing the handrails they managed a very tight squeeze to deliver my beautiful Natuzzi leather sofa safe and sound to me.
What a great team and what a great experience. Thank you everyone from beginning to end - top notch service and couldn’t be happier with my new sofa.

We were met at the door by "KD" who welcomed us in and explained the layout of this very large store. He left us alone to browse for a sofa were looking for and after a while met us at the one we were interested in and discussed pricing and delivery. He was very helpful and we were able to negotiate a very competitive price on the sofa we had chosen. The whole experience was very relaxed and friendly. Sandy's should be pleased to have him representing the store, he is a pleasure to do business with.
A week later and our lovely sofa was delivered by on time and friendly guys who carefully brought in the three pieces and cushions and put them together for us. A seamless purchase forcus from showroom to our family room. A pleasure throughout.

We went to Sandy’s Furniture to look at buying a new sofa and met the sales person Ji Lee as soon as we entered the store. She was very welcoming and friendly which was very nice as this was our first visit to the store. She helped us look at many options from the beautiful selection of furniture the store has. She is an expert in design and decor with many years experience and helped us decide which sofa would suite our needs along with extra pillows and we chose one that was so well priced we were amazed. I can't say enough good things about the experience of buying new living room furniture from Sandy's. Our salesperson, Michael Shaw, expertly guided us through the selection of a Natuzzi couch and recliner plus 2 occasional chairs. Later, he helped us select an area rug and coffee tables.

Living on Vancouver Island, I liaised with Michael by phone and email and he responded in a timely and helpful way.

We had to pick up our furniture and the coordination with the warehouse and their excellent work in loading our van was appreciated.

Oh, and did I say we were very happy with the pricing too?
