My husband I went in to purchase 2 to 3 chairs today. There was a couple in the store when we entered and another couple went in just before us. We spent a good 20 to 30 mins looking around. There were 4 staff in the store hanging and talking around the checkout area not one of those staff approach us or the other 2 couples in the store, 1 spent the entire time on his phone the other 3 just chatted amongst themselves. We had planned on spending close to $1000 dollars today but we will not be returning anytime soon.
No service, rude staff.

Can highly recommend this store and its staff...especially manager Jen. We have dealt with her a few times in past couple of years and always very helpful and kind. Matter of fact last year we were trying to find a small chair for elderly mother in law...Jenn and another staff member kindly brought a selection of chairs over for her to sit and try rather than walking around whole store with walker. This time purchased sofa bed and she made sure to answer all questions we had. All the items that we have purchased from Structube ( online also ) have been very good quality for very good price. Again shopping at this store is always a good experience.

I will say I was very skeptical to order my recent chair order from this location because of the reviews and when i had called a few times the staff didnt seem to confident answering any of my questions but I learned she was newer and she did end up asking her manager and was able to assist me over the phone. We ended up ordering 6 bar stools from this location and everything came in a timely manner (even before they told me it would come in) we just put them together and everything seems wonderful! The only thing is you need to go find help, when you walk into the location there seems to be WAY more staff then customers (the one day there were 8-9 staff behind the counter) but nobody will come ask you if you need help.

Structube more like struct u be as I didn't even manage to get inside or on top of this store before being struct not by thunder but the ground it self. If medieval castles were made with the same architecture there would be no ransacking or fallen kingdoms, the hight, texture, spacing, outwards extending roof all working together to foil any attempt of a climb to the top. The fall that followed not only split my heel but triggered a level 10 earthquake angering the ancient gods. I lost my ball up on the roof, my mobility down on the ground yet I live to tell you not to attempt the ascend to the forbidden roof. Never shopped here tho so idk

I went in to the store yesterday, October 13, 2024, to bring back a table I had purchased within the last year. It had some stripping on the table which I wasn’t happy with how it looked. Thankfully, it was still covered under warranty.
All the employees in the store were great! They were so helpful and accommodating. I specifically did my return/exchange with Jen, the store manager, and she was so helpful and patient. She let me (who is a very indesicive person) browse around the store, bring furniture from other places to the table I was getting to mix and match new chairs with, gave me fabric swatches. She was so patient and sweet!
I would recommend this store and Jen (the others were great as well!) if you are thinking of purchasing new furniture and have a million questions!

Unacceptable Delay and Customer Service Experience,

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent purchase. When I bought my items, your employees assured me they would arrive within two weeks. Now, after more than two weeks of waiting, I am being told the items are still out of stock with no tracking information or estimated arrival time. This has severely impacted my family, as my children cannot enjoy their meals. I reached out to Manager Emma, but she showed no concern for our situation. I approached the manager hoping for some understanding, but it was clear they didn't care one bit about my request for reconsideration. Lying to customers just to secure a sale is neither professional nor legal. It undermines their integrity as a company and damages reputation in the long run. should be focused on building trust and providing honest information to clients, rather than resorting to deceitful practices. I urge you to reconsider these tactics and promote a culture of transparency and respect. This is unacceptable for a reputable store. Your customer service needs serious improvement.

We purchased a dining table here in December 2023. It was delivered to us in May 2024, and it was the wrong table (right packaging, wrong table?)… Ok, mistakes happen. However, it is now almost November 2024 and we do not have our table and are getting the run-around by this location. We were recently told the table has finally come in and would be delivered last week, but this never happened either. They are telling us quality check failed and the table top and legs are damaged. This is not a custom table, other locations have told us they can get it for us… I am not sure how they can’t get us a table they sell for over a year. Never ending excuses. I will not be a Structube customer again, nobody seems to care.

Bought a couch a couple years back, the quality horrendous we had to buy a couch from Ashley’s a few months later. We decided to try it again and buy some chairs from there and were told we would have them delivered. After weeks of waiting (through bones fault just due to the strike) they left a voicemail saying they’re in stock at their warehouse but when I called back they said they are not and won’t be for another week And that they don’t qualify for free shipping like we originally had put in place weeks and weeks ago.
