We've had custom foam pieces made here from time to time over the years and always had great service.
On this particular time I called ahead and the call went to voicemail. I chose not to leave a message but to call back in a bit to ask my question. About 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was Phoenix from the Foam Shop calling to say they had a missed call from me. Great service! I asked my question and we decided to go in to see them at the shop with our project. After consulting about the custom add-on they quoted us a fair price and said they would have it done in half an hour.
We went and ran a few errands and when we returned it was not only cut out but also glued in place which was happily more than we expected from the quote!
We were thrilled with the level of friendly customer service we received from Phoenix right from the call back to picking up the finished product!
We'll be back!

Bought a dual layer mattress for our trailer which we live in.
Sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly.
Our bed is probably the most comfortable one I’ve ever owned.
Went with latex 3” on top.

Thank you for breathing new life into my couch!

I walked in with one of the cushions and Phoenix immediately went to work measuring and giving me lengthy explanations on the process, the types of foam, most popular buys and approx how long each type of foam might last.

They drew up the bill for all 3 cushions, allowed me to pay a deposit and told me that if their workday allowed it, it would be done same day or next day. They called 4 hours later to say the work was complete and actually exchanged the old foam for the new and recycled the old stuff.

Prompt and wonderful service! I'll definitely be going back for my future foam needs.

Awesome service! My wife and I had a foam mattress for 12 + years and was talked into a Sears foam mattress and in just 3 years it was worn out and dead. Drive by this place all the time, finally put my task on high priority and stopped in. Staff on hand a lady, got a bit of an owner operator vibe, was amazing!! Super nice and easy to talk to. Was able to figure out what I was needing based on my vague explanation a.d she even cut the circle I needed no hassles. Just needed FOAM this visit but they also sell assorted cushion covers for raised knee sleeprs/ phizio triangles.... regardless they do a lot. Good people !
