The Garten Cider House & Bar

We enjoyed this little outdoor cider house. The seating is on an outside patio while they are remodeling. There was plenty of seating and live music to boot! Wereally enjoyed the great ciders that were made "in house," especially the Bloody Mary cider. It sounds weird, but don't knock it till you try it! Amazing! Got a growler to go!😁 The staff were so warm and inviting; we felt like ole friends🧡

Come here! See Remy the polar bear dog. Sip locally sourced spirits, crafted cocktails. Talk with the friendly owners, Jen & Jeff. Watch sports on the bar TV. Have locally sourced snacks, or tasty food truck yums. Bring your dog. Hear fun music.

Absolutely wonderful time was had! Great atmosphere, beautiful setting, terrific service, and none of those adjectives even come close to the performance!

Great outdoor bar area! They had a bluegrass band playing live when I went on Thursday, the group was talented and seemed to be having fun performing. There were tents to stand under, cornhole to play, music to listen and dance to. Definitely recommend! It was definitely busy there so it took a bit to get a drink, but I didn't think it was too long :)

Wow what an amazing experience. We frequent so many bars and breweries but this is a truly unique opportunity. Garten obviously specializes in their amazing list of ciders but they also provide a great selection of the valley’s best craft beers. If ciders and beers aren’t your thing, their talented staff like Jennifer and Karley are more than happy to serve up some delicious cocktails. I will say it seemed the cocktail of choice for the night, given the triple digit temps, was the margarita. Their outdoor space is definitely one of the best in SLC. It sports a stage for live music, a massive awning featuring great misters that kept the temperature perfect, and is pet friendly. If you haven’t been here and you’re looking for something completely different this is your place.

way cool spot but pretty pricey for a small cup of beer or cider. I love the vibe, I love having my dog there, but I did not like the gent working on the evening of June 8, 2019. He was a grumpy fella. Come on fella, cheer up. We like you, we really like you.

My first time here tonight. Greg was not only our bartender, but seem to be running the entire show by himself, and was on the ball with everybody and everything and was super respectful and kind. The atmosphere here was so cool! Just a dope little spot that you would probably miss if you didn't know it was there. They have a sandwich truck, foosball, cornhole, and they had a life-size chess board is well. I love this place, and I'm going to bring some more people here next weekend to enjoy the vibe.

Love this place & the people it brings together. Love their live music & that it's dog friendly. Love seeing the owner clean up with his employees at the end of a night. Oh yeah - they make phenomenal cider too.
