Just received our beautiful wood bed from there. So happy with our experience. Price was fair, knowledgable sales staff. Excellent delivery and professional installation. Will absolutely be returning in 2024 to order more pieces.

Purchased 2 complete childrens bedroom sets and not even 2 months later they are falling apart. That was after waiting for an extra month for them to be delivered to the store Complete junk and no warranty. The slides on the dressers are just held on by staples. And the slides are thin metal and bent easily. When you buy for less or cheep you sure get what you paid for.

I've been here before to look at furniture and had a pretty good experience. This morning was far from that. I just recently bought a house and am moving from an apartment. We have next to no furniture to fill our new home with. We needed a dining table, chairs, bedside tables, dressers... pretty much everything new since we don't have a lot being in our small apartment.

I came in when they opened to look for tables, and it's almost like I was disturbing everyone by shopping. I was the only one in the store, and I was given a catalog because they didn't have what I wanted on the floor. I was facetiming my husband to show him options since he's away for work, and the worker was totally uninterested in helping with prices or even asking what exactly I wanted. He just set a book in front of me and walked away, and I had to bother them for prices.

I've never felt so uncomfortable shopping for furniture... usually, someone is very quick to help. I went across the street to the Brick and bought a new table and set of chairs... Paid my money upfront and gave them $1500 of my hard earned cash. This place quoted me almost 2 grand for very poorly made and uncomfortable dining chairs (those were actually on the floor for me to sit in and try out), and a glass dining table. Total shame. Won't be going back.

What started off as a simple bed purchase in the Fall turned into a full bedroom reno. Mark, the sales person with whom we primarily dealt, and his team were great. They patiently stored our bed until we were ready to have it delivered in the summer. This is my second bed purchase from The Sleep Shop. I purchased a queen size King Coil from there 14 years ago and continue to use it. I recalled the great service from the same sales person back then, hence our recent upgraded purchase to a King size with Amish built bed frame, also purchased from The Sleep Shop. We purchased the set on a 12 month no interest/no payment plan.

Great Prices and Selection! Salesman was very friendly..not pushy and very informative.. We looked at 2 Big Box Stores and this place had what we were looking for and in stock! Next Day they delivered for free and set it up for us too which was a bonus! Will definitely be going back in the future!

Went into store to purchase a bedroom set. Andre was having a personal conversation with someone when I asked a question and said he would help after he finished with the other person. I bought a white set and was warned that nicks and scratches would show easily, as well as yellowing, but that they check everything before delivery and if there's initial damage, they would replace. When they delivered, the products were still in boxes so obviously not checked. The headboard was visibly chipped, with an upholstery staple sticking out of the top. I was told I would get a new one and Andre would call me to discuss. The bed frame and nightstand also had marks and chips in them but I didn't notice until the delivery guys had left. Waited three days and got no call so I called Andre to ask about the headboard and the other damage. He said he warned me that white always came in damaged (not the case or I wouldn't have ordered something that was going to come in damaged!). A replacement headboard was ordered but he wouldn't do anything for the other damage. Won't shop there again.
