First time visiting. Sara was our waitress and she was really kind and prompt with our service. The food was good, nice and hot.

This is a bar/restaurant so if you are looking for this type of environment you need to visit. They have some decorations up for the Christmas holiday, which brightens up the restaurant.

Been coming to the trail house for a few years off and on. I mostly come for the pulled pork and Mac grilled cheese. It’s so ridiculously delicious. It’s my go to. Last week I tried the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it was just equally as good.

We also got the house egg rolls and it was a bit disappointing. The presentation of them did not look appealing and it tasted like a it was frozen food.

Still… the grilled cheese was a chefs kiss.

Came for lunch for the Labor Day Holiday. Located in the shopping center behind their Starbucks. Was not busy at all, and they had plenty of parking located in their lot. We were seated right away upon arrival. Our waiter was super efficient and friendly (failed to get his name) very attentive and gave great recommendations. I ordered their regular carolina burger with French fries. My sister ordered their French onion soup, pimento but sandwich, and house salad. Their fries were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I'm a French fry person, and these were the best. They were crispy just how I like them and not super hot to where you need to wait till their cold to eat. Burger was delicious as well. The meat felt a bit dry, though, but it didn't bother me too much. Still delicious! Definetly will come back if I'm ever in the area.

The burger is dry and coleslaw has a strange taste, mozzarella sticks are good. In general, everything was 50/50 tasty, the service was ok.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday and had a great experience. Food was tasty, good portions and great service. A few kids meals, steak and eggs, breakfast platter and French onion soup. Would come back for sure. The ambiance is chill and sports games on several TVs to enjoy.

Went for lunch here. We eat here about once a month. Brittany will be a great addition, she was checking in with tables which was great since we needed help with our service. Our waitress forgot about us so we waited about 15 minutes for tea and water. Luckily the food was good bc it was another 20 minutes before anyone checked on us. In the waitresses defense they shouldn’t have tables all over the restaurant. They should each have a section so they can see and watch their tables. I would train the hostess to keep up with that.

For the first time in my life, I was served raw chicken. The boneless chicken wings were completely pink in the middle. I wasn’t interested in eating the rest of the meal as everything else was mediocre. The manager only saw fit to refund the one item, which is unacceptable after receiving dangerous raw food.

Almost a 5 star for me. The only reason for the 4 star is because our cider beer was not in rotation. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing,,the tots were crispy just the way I like,,super great service,, and prices not bad at all. We will definitely come back again.
