I’m waiting on my custom sofa and ottoman and counting the days. I’m sure I’ll be very happy with it. What I can tell you though is my shopping experience was the best. Selena was so helpful and patient with me as I was a long time making my decision. She made sure I had the information I needed to make an informed choice and answered all of my questions above and beyond my satisfaction.
Sue helped at the end to put the transaction all together. Urban Barn St Catharines has a great team and I will definitely not hesitate to shop there again.

We ordered 6 leather Montana dining chairs in Dec.2024. Two arrived with defects. The store manager was haughty and told us she would “waive the restocking fee” when there is NO restocking fee for merchandise that is defective. 2 replacement chairs were shipped, they had defects. 2 more replacement chairs were shipped and they had defects. The store manager treated us like this was our problem and has an air of haughtiness. Trudy an employee is wonderful and has much better people skills. The 4th time replacement chairs were shipped with defects we decided to return all of the chairs and never shop there again. It’s been over 2 months now with out a set of dining chairs, multiple trips to pick up chairs, many phone calls and emails with customer service who didn’t even return my email after an entire week. Asked for a Supervisor who was kind but all she could do was apologize after not being able to provide us with 2 decent chairs and she gave us a $100 store credit. For all of our bother. So the following reply from Customer Service telling me to reach out? I have. Many times. This was your solution: Sorry here is $100.

I would like to share what a great experience I have had dealing with the Urban Barn in St Catharines
The caring and prompt service is something you rarely find these days
Trudy was our sales person and she even called me after our purchase to let us know our dining table went on sale and would pass along the savings which was $500.00
No small amount.
Please ask for Trudy when you visit.😀

Did not feel welcomed at all. Ageism was very apparent when I interacted with staff. I was ignored by staff and felt I was not taken seriously when inquiring about purchasing pricier items due to my age. I won't be returning.

This store is amazing and the personnel there are truly awesome. I went in to get some pillows and they had a great selection which matched my decor perfectly. I also picked up a fleecy blanket to snuggle under on the couch and it is perfect! Kudos to the sales people and the management
