It is a long-standing tradition to enjoy a special meal on a special day, but exceptional service is not always guaranteed.

However, my girlfriend and I truly felt like the stars of Christmas Eve thanks to the outstanding service we received here. Danny, who took care of our table, provided invaluable assistance in selecting our menu based on his experience and insights.

His professionalism and the sense of attentiveness he conveyed allowed us to enjoy a flawless holiday meal.

While the restaurant itself was both beautiful and impeccably clean, I am confident that the harmonious teamwork of all the staff, including Danny, is what makes this place a delightful experience for so many guests.

For the first time in my life, I was so impressed and happy with the service that we called the manager over just to express our gratitude.

Although we’ll visit this place again in the future, I’m certain our first visit will remain a cherished memory for years to come.

I sincerely hope others will have the chance to experience the same level of excellence we did.

This was my first visit to The X-Pot, and I was truly impressed. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Zack, was absolutely charming—attentive, cheerful, and always ready to help. He would check in to see if we needed anything and offered great recommendations throughout our meal.

I opted for the all-you-can-eat shabu option, and the wagyu beef was exceptional. Although I didn’t get to enjoy as much of it as I wanted (since I ordered plenty of appetizers to try a little bit of everything), the overall experience was fantastic. Next time, I’ll definitely try the grilled option. I can’t wait to come back!

Came here for the 1st time after seeing the restaurant on an episode of Married at First Sight-Chicago. Our server Juan was great. He explained things clearly, gave menu suggestions, and was very attentive. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great. The entire experience was enjoyable and memorable.

Went here for mom’s birthday on Christmas Day. It was easy to find parking. Love ambiance, fancy! The food was great, high quality meats! Can’t complain. Jimmy was our server and he’s very attentive. His service was tip top! Very helpful and at times, helped us make sure we cooked the meat and scallop properly to experience the best taste. Thank you, Jimmy!

This is my third visit to this restaurant, though it’s my first time writing a review. I have to say, I absolutely love the food here. The quality of the Wagyu beef is exceptional, and the all-you-can-eat option makes it even better. Every visit continues to impress me. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and I’ve enjoyed nearly everything I’ve tried.

A special shoutout to Simon, the waiter who took care of me during my lunch. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, with numerous tables to manage, he remained attentive and took the time to recommend several delicious dishes. While the service was a bit slower due to the lunchtime rush, I completely understood given the circumstances, and Simon's professionalism made up for it.

All in all, this restaurant continues to deliver a fantastic experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Samuel was a fantastic server! He made great recommendations for what was good with what sauce it broth. The food was fantastic! We ended up doing shabu shabu and went with the diamond package because why not make it an experience. Will definitely be back!

Server Jimmy was professional and recommended some of the best cuts to me , I really appreciate his service because it's hard finding professional young guys nowadays. Give that man a raise 👏.

Now onto the food , everything was flavorful and extremely filling. The wagyu will creep up on you so order one at a time.

I opted for the diamond tier which is the most expensive platter but for what you are getting it was more than worth it.

Also 90 minutes was more than enough time to eat.

Parking sucks , it's $18 for 2 hours and I'm sure on the weekends it'll be hard to find but that's to be expected of downtown.
