For the past three years, Mike has kept in touch with us, expressing interest in purchasing our home if we were interested in selling. At first, we were not at all interested, and thought it would be too much work to get it ready for the market, as we are retirees. Mike was patient, respectful, and not at all pushy or manipulative. When we decided it was time, we called Mike. We had other offers, but we chose Mike and his offer because his was the most flexible, even allowing us to leave anything in our home we no longer wanted or couldn't give away, which is very unique. No one else offered that option. We also sold our home "as is" and still got a fair offer from Mike. Mike was "on the spot". He was at our home within 24 hours of our call, with a ready contract. He answered all our questions and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or ignorant. Any time we needed anything, or had inspectors or surveyors come, he checked with us first to make sure it was OK, and we were informed that someone was coming by. When we realized we needed more time to pack up our house and make arrangements for our move, he was flexible and generous. Mike is informed, respectful, and thoughtful, and we would recommend him to anyone interested in selling their home without a stressful hassle. We just want to say, "Thank you, Mike".

The House Kingz team was there every step of the way despite a hiccup, not due to their fault. They jumped back in the fight and we both had gone to the finish line. The timing and tenacity, attention to detail and follow up they had done really was a class act that I would recommend to someone else. The House Kingz team is a definite that I would tell others about. I had no doubt that success is part of professionalism that they posses.
