Terrible customer service experience. Staff refused to return the item that I bought one month ago and still with
label on it on 20th Dec, around 4:30pm.
I didn’t bring the receipt but I got the card that I paid with. But the machine said i didn’t pay with this card.(which is wired because i found the payment record in my card app…) So I agreed to return the money back in a store card, and the machine didn’t work either. So they just said I cannot return because of the machine error!!! They didn’t even try to offer another way to solve the problem and refuse my request to try again with another machine. How come that’s my fault that the machine is not working and the staff don’t know how to fix it? I have a payment record in my card and the product is in good condition. This is so unacceptable!!!!

Went shopping here the other day! They have alot of selections, stuff for the kitchen, bathroom and was hoping for more furniture stuff for the living room and bedroom but it was alittle short in that department fun place to come and see what is needed for your home and also some beverages and food stuff.

I really like this store, but my last experience changed it all. I was shopping and picking up items for my cart. When I was called to check out, the clerk asked if someone helped me or did I pick up the items myself. I told him that I was shopping and collecting everything on my own. He then stated that there was a process to this and that some of the items that I picked were for floor viewing, not for sale, and I needed to have someone get those items from the stock room. I told him that those items were simply on the floor with price tags and there weren’t any labels stating that they were floor samples. So he went to the back and brought up two new boxes that clearly needed to be installed. I told him that I didn’t want them if I had to install them. He asked me again and also asked if I could put them together. I said that normally I could, but that I didn’t have the time. He then insults me by saying that it was ok and “everyone has different skill levels”. Not sure what my skill level has to do with not having time to setup two pieces of furniture.
This was Christmas Eve and I was prepping for dinner. Anyway, this was my experience. I did purchase other items, but not sure if I would go back to this location again.

I was in this store a few months ago with my dog, who is a registered service dog in the State of California. He even has a badge on his collar with an ID number to prove it. We were shopping around, and an employee came up to us and told us we had to leave. We told her that our dog is a service dog, which she then asked what service he provides. We looked it up later and she is allowed to ask this, but we ended up leaving because she was so loud, practically yelling at us, to the point where other people were staring and watching. Employees definitely need some sensitivity training or common sense training to not make a scene and handle the situation more calmly.

I used to love coming to this store but was kicked out today because I had my dog with me. He states it’s because they sell food, but it’s in packaging. Marshalls sells food but they allow dogs. Guess I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Incredibly nice staff... polite and helpful. We were furniture shopping and they have a great selection of minimalist and bohemian decor. I'm no expert but I loved it !

Great shop for everything from food to furniture. They also have a great wine selection too. Hanna on staff there is super helpful and nice. There is lots of easy parking in the back. They often have sales and coupons that stack for great savings. Also a great place to stop for gifts.

My happy place! Staff is always friendly and there are always fun stuff to find. Great place to get gifts for the beloved ones.
